   Ordered from here in the past food was really nice ordered tonight a mix meat wrap meal and mix meat burger meal and they both come with just Donner meat on them which was like cardboard so contacted them they sent more food out and it arrives opened it chips was like they been reheated the red meat and Donner meat was like cardboard contacted them again and they said we will refund you next time you order I will not be ordering from these again after this experience then they try to blame the delivery driver do not recommend how can they be serving food in this state

   I wish I could review the food, but it was never received. Nearly an hour after accepting the order I received a text message to say it was going to be late, fair enough. Then 5 minutes after that a text message to say it was cancelled. Such a shame as this was going to be the first order from Masala Balti, sadly I shan't be placing another.

   Always cancels my orders i choose the starters as they are the only things I can eat off the menu. Disappointed. Especially when items I'm paying for are offered free to other customers when they order.

   Worst customer service ever! Rude, obnoxious and have no customer service skills! The owner should really reconsider his staffing! Been ordering from this place for ages as we have always enjoyed the food, however on various occasions I have been told to f off, been hung up on, had the guy laughing with someone in the background whilst taking my order and there is never a manager available to talk to.just a tip....stop hiring pre pubescent immature boys and maybe try hiring qualified staff who have respect for their customers and the business they represent! Jst lost a customer! Do not order here!!

   Food was great, ordered on uber eats, was ordered around 19:40 didn't arrive until 21:50, took way too long, phoneed numerous times didn't pick up but when they did told me should be 20 minutes but actually took another 50 minutes. Apparently they was not slow they were busy according to the reply back from them, if can't handle amount of customers then don't take on the orders. Also I'm a diabetic and 10 in the evening is very late for my medication. Thanks...
