   Ordered a 12” pizza and fries delivered in good time.while eating my fries I felt a hair in my mouth and pulled it out connected to the fri.Tried messaging Deliveroo with no help then rang the restaurant with no help then messaged them, but just fobed me off.So as you can expect my review is do not order from them as if there is a problem there is no one to HELP…!

   Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered two pizzas at 18:34, and by 20:20 they still hadn’t arrived. This is the second time this has happened — I decided to give them another chance, but clearly nothing has improved. They don’t provide any updates on your order, and you have to chase them yourself. When you call, they always give the same excuse of being “busy,” which is just not acceptable for a restaurant. Two hours for pizza is ridiculous. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

   This is the tastiest cheesy takeaway pizza I have had in ages!! Ordered online, said it was gong to take a while, called up to see if we could get it any earlier and was delivered so quickly with no fuss! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

   Ordered a 18 inch pizza came like this, rang up and was told if we touch the pizza they wont replace it, so we left it had to wait another half hour for another pizza then they sent us a 16inch out! We ordered a 18inch not use them ever again!

   Had a flyer through the door so thought we'd give it a try. Food was delivered quickly, friendly guy, and the food was amazing. The portions were big and we were stuffed! And they gave us a free lasagne, bonus! We will definitely be ordering from them again.

   Unfortunately their website on the bogof offer is poorly designed meaning I received the wrong pizza as you have to pick from a scrolling list on an iPhone. I picked the wrong one and you can’t see it’s wrong until it arrives unless you know Italian. Pizza’s I think are ok hence the 3 stars, but I can’t eat them. Why can’t the checkout system be more like putting them in a basket you can see like with every other website created? Far too easy to pick the wrong item and no way to check. Also their BOGOF offer doesn’t include all pizzas as they state, part of the reason I made an error was looking for a pizza on their scrolling list which isn’t there! They should address that inaccuracy before they are reported for it. I am assuming I picked the wrong one, but they may have got it wrong of course. If they sent an order confirmation that might have helped. Need to look seriously at their online ordering offering.

   I've used these before and they have been really good. However one of the pizza's I ordered was as pepperoni, what I got was a pizza covered in green peppers. I called the restaurant to clarify and said I had taken a photo(below) to show they had made an error, at which point he became rude, said that I was wrong, and then hung up on me. Very poor customer service that could have been so easily rectified. Won't use again.

   Menu through the door, fancied a Calzone ordered that night - wasn’t disappointed. 10/10 - perfectly cooked! Definitely ordering again & delivered by a lovely, friendly driver. Good work guys! Very happy!
