   It's not often I feel the need to complain but the order was 1.5 hours late!! it was rubbish, cold, soggy and completely inedible. Attempted to contact the branch by phone 15 times for an update on delivery and then due the quality of the food but nobody answered. Needless to say the pizza went in the bin, offered it to the dog who eats everything who turned his nose up. This isn't the first time this has happened which leaves me reluctant to order from here again even though we enjoy pizza hut and order regularly. Maybe it would be good practice to contact customers of the long wait times and offer refunds if the order cannot be fulfilled to a suitable quality standard. Or maybe limit the number of orders on the website to the amount of staff on? Extremely disappointed and hungry!!

   Ordered last night, delivery scheduled for 7.20. 8.30 - no sign of food and no one in store answering phone. 9.30 - no sign of food and no one answering the phone, so here we are 15 hours later. My moneys gone, no food and i just received a “ how was your order”email. If you like having your money stolen and don’t like actually eating food then this Pizza Hut is for you.

   Ordered 2 pizzas for collection today. The phone was answered quickly, the ordering process was quick and easy, the ordering process was straight forward. Parking outside the store is restricted, but there is parking on a side street near the store. The staff member and manager on shift today were really informative and helpful (around vouchers, sauces, which box is the vegan one). The pizza themselves are delicious - large pan, Hawaiin with Jalepenos and the vegan cheese is delicious!

   VILE. Barely any toppings. Greasy. Box was already damaged. The toppings aren't just minimal but they're also not spread out. One section of bacon. One section of like 3 tiny chicken pieces. I paid so much for this pizza. WHY? I've done absolute nothing to deserve receiving this absolute slop. It was like eating pizza from a local independent takeaway in the 90s, just nasty, no flavour, cheesy but not even in a nice way, like the cheese barely feels like it was cooked for long. This is from a huge worldwide chain as well. Never again. EVER AGAIN. The first and last time.

   Very delicious sides but come on 25min for something which is already ready and just 6-8 min in the oven and this is collection time so i was waiting around 25min only for the sides which need to be just pop in the oven for max 8 min. GUY YOU NEED MORE STAFF EVERYTHING ELS IS FINE Team member which served me was really friendly and helpful i don't know why she was check in on the top of the oven for my order but any way overall food was nice and hot timing was really slow so you guys decided. Definitely Dominos and Papa Jhon doing better from my experience.
