   The person I spoke to tonight does not understand the point of delivering food within the time frame they provide and when ringing to get an answer they shout at you, tell you that you don’t understand and it’s not their problem that a type 1 diabetic that has to take medication 20 minutes in advance of eating food but to be told they now won’t receive their food for another 25 minutes and say it’s not their problem. Except it is when you take medication based on a time that they provide. When asking to speak to the manager they refuse and say they are the manager and then said I was taking their time up. I said I would come and pick it up & they said the issue is the food isn’t even prepared yet and then the time suddenly changed to they can deliver it in 15 minutes. If they are that busy they should stop accepting orders when they are unable to provide a service in the time they provide. And when originally they were spoken too they was asked a question in a nice manner and they started shouting down the phone at a young girl. All they had to do was say I’m sorry it’s taking longer than expected as we have been really busy instead they got rude & aggressive.

   I had ordered on there website on christmas eve for myself and my family, i live with someone diabetic who takes insulin at a certain time before the meal, as normal each place gives a tim frame for it to be delivered for. five minutes after the later delivery time i had contacted them asking for a new time frame. they then tell me it’s another 25 minutes on top of the 45 minutes we have already spent waiting, i had explained that the diabetic person had taken insulin due to the time frame given as she normally would and the man on the other end of the phone had then explained ‘it’s not his problem and he doesn’t care’ after handing the phone to my mum (i am 18) she offers to collect it and he says it hasn’t even started being prepared. so where has 45 minutes passed by and what has been done in that time. i am not happy and won’t be returning.

   Just been in there and looked at the menu to see what I fancied. Then made my way over to the till and there was a bloke sat in the kitchen area on his phone playing loud TikTok videos…..the other guy was stood believe it or not behind the till fixated on his phone too! So I stood there for a minute making it clear that I was ready to be served and they were both still on their phones so I just walked out! Absolutely awful service they both want sacking I will not be going there again! 12/06/2025

   I Order a pizza every Friday they turn up on time and are realy good. Also the delivery driver who delivers our pizzas on Friday nights is one of the most polite nicest delivery drivers and is a pretty cool dude

   We order lots of fast food, too much to be fair and that's why we've packed on weight!. This place does the best chips/nuggets/fried chicken bites we've ever had. Consistent food, and always the same polite delivery driver. A++, we're going to be back again soon, and appreciate this place now more than ever. Very very good food, very happy with the quality, amazing chips.

   Bit fed up. Waited over 1.5 for food to arrive! Normally very good, but not this time. Used Just Eat as their normal website has gone down. Shame. Just Eat prices are more expensive too. Not sure if I'll use PP again. Such a shame. Seriously though, 1.5 hours wait!
