   Thought to myself, "I haven't had a pizza hut since I was a child" decided to treat myself to a pizza. Ordered my pizza on the app and when it arrived it smelled and looked tasty so I was quite excited. Then when I started to eat it after a few chews I had a horrible perfumey/chemical taste in my mouth which I have never experienced eating a pizza, as if the base was put on top of some perfume or cleaning product or something, the toppings themself were fine but the base was just VERY bizarre and perfumey. Usually I would just forget about it and try crack on but it was very disgusting and inedible so I decided to call the store. The member of staff simply said "we don't wear perfumes or aftershaves and everything is made fresh" - I explained it genuinely did not taste okay (I NEVER EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING) - He wasn't interested and didn't even offer a replacement. Beyond disappointed. Papa John's > Dominoes > Pizza Hut I guess.

   Very disappointed with my recent experience I ordered a pizza at the shope, but when I got home, I realized they had given me someone else’s order. I called the store to explain, but the staff member I spoke to couldn’t communicate properly in English and didn’t seem to understand the issue. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistake, I was told “it’s busy right now, we can’t do anything bye." I’ve always liked Pizza Hut, but this experience was really frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management trains the staff better and improves customer service.

   Ordered 4 Flatzz to get the Wednesday offer for a free large pizza with orders over £15. For some reason the tuna pizza I selected didn't get added to the order, which I didn't realise until the delivery arrived. Called the restaurant to see if they could help rectify the situation, but the manager who answered had absolutely no interest in finding a solution, only kept repeatedly telling me I hadn't ordered the free pizza. Yes, my mistake for not double checking the final order before paying, but the decent thing for a restaurant to do would've been to allow a customer to have the offer they were entitled to, provided the customer would come collect it so the restaurant didn't have to arrange a second delivery. The food was nice and arrived swiftly. It's only the customer service that left a bad taste.

   I’m very disappointed, order food a few days ago and they got the order wrong. When contacted they said that we could have a free pizza on our next order to make up for it and they would leave a note on the account. Rang today and explained, I was told that note hadn’t been written down and they couldn’t do anything about it and was dissatisfied by the attitude of the customer service over the phone was laughed at and mocked at for being irritated that now twice they have made an error was then informed that they had changed their mind and could deliver the pizza but unfortunately after the way they had spoke to us over the phone I felt uncomfortable eating food that was going to be prepared and sent to us.

   Order from here on a regular basis Food usually good but a little greasy this time. Staff were not very helpful, asked for deals and told me to look online, discussing order with my partner and was told to hurry up as they were busy. Also reading out loud card details with a shop full of people, bad from GDPR point of view - had to say to the staff member do you mind not reading my details aloud

   Went last week to get some cookie doughs. The guy at the counter was half asleep and wasn’t really bothered. He said there was no vanilla ice creams. I still proceeded with my order. When he gave me the cookie doughs I had to ask him for spoons and he provided me with two forks. Won’t be going back again. Poor staff and poor food. This place is really going downhill.

   I ordered veggie supreme tonight 7/02/2022 pizza was under cooked and more like margarita most of the toppings are missing. Cheesy bites are not cooked properly one star is too much for them they deserve 0. Not recommend

   Worst Pizza delivery ever from Pizza But...tasted stale . sides were good but Pizza rubbish...it has put me off and not ordering any more
