We visited for the buffet lunch and were really impressed. Although very busy we were warmly greeted and felt really looked after by Dors and all the team.
Great place to eat. Reasonable price and staff were awesome! Food was fresh and tasty. We were served by Dors and she was excellent. Will definitely go there again
I love a pizza hut buffet. It'll be a shame when they are no more. But before attending I was checking the opening times and what not. But 2 separate Web pages were shown. 1 listed buffet at £10.99 and the other at £14.99. Miss the days of £7.99. The service was quick. The buffet was frequently topped up and the salad bar was very fresh. Although not overly busy, the lady there was very polite and frequently checked on us.
Been here several times as they shut down the dine in restaurants in derby and it’s always lush. We always go for the all in buffet, swift turn around on the buffet deck (never waiting more than a couple of minutes for pizzas to be replaced during busy periods). Foods always hot which is rare for a buffet as often find it goes cold or isn’t replaced frequently enough. Decent variety of pizzas. Staff really friendly and helpful. Frequent waitress is Dorena very polite, cheerful and always has a smile on her face.
Decided to come to a Pizza Hut restaurant in Nottingham as I have had a voucher for serval months now and haven’t had chance to use it. This is the only restaurant (I believe) that is closest to Derby as the majority of them nowadays are closed down which is a massive shame! We was greeted with our server and she was lovely! Really chatty, friendly and very informative, didn’t catch her name though but she made us feel so welcome. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Pizza Hut restaurant and the only thing I could see that has changed is that you order through the QR code on the table and pay for it there and then which is very easy and I could use my gift voucher too. I had the pepperoni pizza and my partner had the cheese board pizza which were both delicious. Free refills of drinks along with free salad bows too which is nice they haven’t changed this. Overall great little day out and it’s a shame that there aren’t more Pizza Hut restaurants dotted around! I’ll say it again the waitress that looked after us was lovely! (short black hair if that helps!) Will definitely visit again.
Fantastic staff. I am partially sighted and struggled to read the menu, a nice young man did not hesitate to read the entire menu for me and help me get exactly what I wanted. Everyone I interacted with was cheerful and polite, and my BBQ chicken pizza was great too. Will definitely be visiting again.
The food was very nice/the usual pizza hut standard. The gent that was serving us was great. He was friendly, polite and very hard working. The place was clean and there wasn't a lot if waiting time.
AMAZING SERVICE, WOULD RETURN HAPPILY! Me and my partner went to this restaurant and we were very impressed by the professionalism and the work ethic of the staff that were working the night of the 28th July 2022. It seemed like they were very short staffed and the restaurant was extremely busy. 2 staff members in particular were absolutely outstanding, Charlotte and Steven! I want to thank them two in especially as they were working so hard to make everyone's experience the best they possiblely could given the circumstances of the night! A massive thank you!
Walked in to be informed by the staff they were really behind on orders and getting tables ready and it would be half an hour before we would have a table. Then once we sat down, we were told our food may also take over half an hour. To be honest for most people this would be a bad experience, but I honestly appreciated the upfront honesty Food was as expected. Service had been a lot better than I experienced in the past. We were taken care of by the young lady and gentleman, didn’t get a chance to thank them, hope the manager passed on my regards
Enjoyed our GOAT and Supreme pizzas. Had a very long wait for our dessert though (over half an hour), when the restaurant was not busy. Unlimited free salad is always a bonus. The cookie dough sharer was nice, we had the white chocolate & caramel and cookies & creme to share
