Order arrived late as driver couldn't find us so food was cold there was also an item missing, when I rang to let the shop know I was pretty much accused of lying as the person that answered the phone was adamant he had sent everything.
Consistently good pizza every time I order. You can tell the ingredients are high quality.
The worst pizza I ever had , I’ve spent £40 on 2 pizza that ended up in a bin! I said no onion guess what I had extra onions! All soggy and cold, money wasted!
Ordered from this papi johns many times during my three years in Nottingham and have never had an issue ever. Food slaps every time, always comes hot, never takes longer than ~20 minutes. 11/10

I order pizza from this store frequently, although they usually deliver cold pizza and some times mess my order. I called a few times and requested to send hot pizza. But today again they delivered wrong pizza and it was too cold to eat. When I called them they were not at all felling sorry and told me to order from some other store. Worst experience.
Pizza are very nice and so are the sides, tasted very fresh. Good value for money and they have some exceptional offers too. They could do with putting slight more toppings on pizza! They forgot to deliver the dips, a call to the store and problem was resolved immediately. Satisfied with the service.
First time ordering papa johns, Paid delivery £4 Call from the driver an hour later asking me to walk half a mile up the road as he missed a turn and had to drive all the way round, politely reminded him I was not willing to get fully dressed and walk to collect a pizza with I paid to be delivered to my door, I was hung over and ordered comfort food. driver gets angry says he is taking the delivery back to the store, I’m fine with this - ring the store to get a refund, Manager answers puts me on hold for 10 minutes then she also asks me to walk half a mile to collect my order, ask her for the refund, again on hold for 10 mins then tells me the driver will be there in 15 mins, I explain that I do not want the cold pizza anymore I would like a refund she tells me this is impossible as he is now coming to my door. I get charged for an order I never received and just cannot believe the customer service received. Takes me 2 week to get the refund through the head office.
