   I ordered a chicken burger without chips and extra cheese at 23:30 on a sunday, it wasn’t even busy just me, but i either got a fish fillet burger without chips and no cheese or he messed up my food order.

   So orded 2 pizzas one of them had 3 out the 4 toppings missing. We orders 2 cheesy chips got normal fries amd they didn't even cut the pizza? Rang up lady on the phone cant put a sentence together how she's taking calls I do not know she was quite rude actually just told us to look under the cheese nothing about the cheesy chips or a explanation won't be ordering again. Get some1 on the phone that can actually speak to customers. Very poor

   I have used Dino's twice now. Once for collection and once for a delivery. Both times the food was really nice, not greasy, chips lovely and not over priced. Deffinately be returning.

   Very good quality food for the price. The staff will give you a nice smile when you order in store if you are outwardly smiley. Great service and the food is very good quality for the prices, the fries are generally crispy as well. They also do customize orders well. The inside surfaces look very clean. I have in many years never once gotten sick from a dinos, they absolutely follow hygiene standards very well. They are also open late! Many a wonderful movie nights we have had with a dinos takeout. If you order in store the price is a steal without Uber Eats charges.

   Had two kebabs delivered from just before Christmas and then on new year's day phoned for a delivery 1 kebab and 2 pizzas menu delivered before Christmas says two pizzas for £17.99 plus £11.99 for the kebab today prices over the phone lad says while driving that the pizzas had gone up to £20 for two been a regular customer since 2005 why deliver a menu that's out of date very unhappy customer won't ever get my trade again just ripping of locals till students come back then they will rip them off my advice is to stay away from this shop price's change when they feel like it

   Ordered takeaway from here on deliveroo at around 1am. They are claiming it was delivered at 2am and was handed directly to a resident at my address. I was home the entire time and did not receive this delivery. Tried calling them a little after the expected delivery time of 2:05am and they were closed. "Out for delivery" timed out on the app at 3:05am and still no delivery! They are refusing to allow a refund on deliveroo and they are insisting it was delivered. They either delivered it to the wrong house or they are lying. They cannot provide any photos of the delivery. Will not be using this takeaway again. Would give zero stars if I could based on this experience.

   Once upon a time was one of the best pizza delivery shops in Notts but fell off over last few years with bad quality ingredients and using old meat and cheap cheese and microwaved chicken tikka.
