Lovely little shop on a main road. Very welcoming people, very pleasant, polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was delicious, and hot in temperature when served. Portion size was excellent. The food itself was delicious. Definitely going back.
Absolutely disgusted with this order 04/08/25 at 11.00pm. I ordered a Naga Donner with Chips and what I received was a complete insult. There was no naga flavour whatsoever — it was just SOAKED in their regular chilli sauce. The donner itself was sour, overly tangy, and straight-up vile. I couldn’t even eat it — it went straight in the bin. That’s £5.99 down the drain. To make matters worse, I rang the takeaway to explain, and the guy had the audacity to start questioning ME, asking "Well what do you think should go in it then if it’s not naga?" — are you serious? I’m Bengali. We know what naga is. We know what it tastes like. Don’t try and gaslight the customer like we don’t know our own food. This was NOT naga donner, and trying to pass it off as such is just shameless. Complete waste of money and zero respect for customers. Never again.
Wanted to try something new and glad we did. The quality is so good and prices are super reasonable. It's very snug but clean and cosy. They even put a heater by the seat for customers. The staff were so friendly and conversational. Really relaxed vibes. Quick service too, I think it took like 10-15 minutes max for food to come out whilst they had online orders. Honestly, I'm just mad that I didn't come here sooner! Photos don't do it justice. We ordered the Twister burger with cheesy fries.
NEW REVIEW This place is the best place in Walsall for high quality special burgers/wings and loaded fries. They have perfected the wings I have got to say it is on point and I would say it is the best in Birmingham. Super crispy and super saucy. Very good flavours. Would definitely recommend you try. The loaded fries are amazing. Everything just works so well together. Would definitely recommend the staff are super friendly and really have a passion for making delicious food OLD PREVIOUS REVIEW First time trying the place out, was really impressed with the burger everything worked very well; a nice brioche bun, the meat was perfectly cooked, soft and juicy and was very well seasoned. Lots of sauce and salad it worked very well, the burger also had some crunchy bits at the top which were good. Really enjoyed the burger and would rate it with all the best burger I have had. Everything about it was quality. Fries were decent, could have been hotter but it was a takeout, only bad thing I would say is they didn't give any dips. But the burger was great I so was happy and will definitely go back. I would recommend you try it out, it's a great burger place for Walsall, burgers as good if not better then you would get in Birmingham.
Fantastic food. Unlike most other burger joints they’re priced reasonably and have a decent customer service. Defo worth a try!
The best smashed burger in Walsall, the meal box was really tasty too. Unfortunately my cheesecake had mould in it (they weren’t to know as the cakes are pre-packed from another company) however they rectified the problem and sent out a replacement super quick. Food and service a definite 5 stars.
I've found this place through another google review which had a photo of the most delicious looking burger. Basically, if you're into good burgers, quality ingredients, handmade and fresh, juicy and cheesy, rewarding with every bite, nothing frozen, nothing microwaved, no cheap plastic sauces, you really have to try out this place. Even the fries are awesome, our favourite being the spicy cheesy option. Being a small business, they really put the effort in to put themselves on the map, and it shows. We're telling everyone we know to go and try it.
