   The food I ordered arrived cold. I ordered jerk chicken with mutton. The mutton had no flavour the jerk chicken was wet and soggy with little flavour. The dumpling and the yam in the hard food was rock hard the yam was hard and dry, the fried dumplings were raw and doughy on the inside and oily and hard on the outside. The coleslaw was dry with no juice and arrived warm. The food was terrible, will not order again.

   We ordered (& collected) for a family gathering- so cannot comment on atmosphere but the food and service was remarkably good! Food was fresh (see close ups!), tasty and well seasoned - pepper steak means pepper steak! For a gathering we ordered a vast range of menu options and there was something for everyone! Management were also very transparent about substituted menu options - which we were generously compensated for with suitable alternatives. The communication was clear, service efficient, order was on-time and the food tasty! Not much to be said except…. Only wished you were closer for those lazy Fridays!

   Food was okish? Dumplings were sooo good and the jerk sauce is lovely, coleslaw is nice and fresh.. edible on a whole! The oxtail was nice!! Cant rate that too much cuz it was my first time trying it, was fatty and a bit mushy but maybe thats how its supposed to be.. (taste was amazing tho) Mac and cheese tasty! Just a bit mushy.. Fried chicken was really bad, tasteless and somehow like mushy? Veerry greasy. Rice and peas were lovely!! Boneless fish was very dry but had good flavour. - positives are was the best fried dumplings ive ever had! & jerk sauce was sooo good. Portion sizes were good too and the fish tasted nice it was just dry.. oh and the steam vegetables were good too. Delivery was fast and the guy was nice.

   As a first-timer, you might have been a bit unsure about what to order, but the staff were more than happy to help you out and make some recommendations. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were able to suggest dishes that would suit your taste preferences. You ended up trying the jerk chicken and it was absolutely phenomenal - perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere of the place was really great too. The decor was really well done and had a really authentic Jamaican feel to it. The music playing in the background was also a nice touch and really added to the vibe of the place. One thing that really stood out to you was how generous the portions were. You were really surprised at how much food you got for the price - it was definitely great value for money. And even though it was a lot of food, you couldn't resist finishing every last bite because it was just that delicious! Overall, your experience at Authentic Jerk House was fantastic. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. You left feeling completely satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Jamaican meal.

   I recently visited Authentic Jerk House and I have to say I was blown away by the food! The young boy and the lady who served me were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered the combo box, curry goat, and honey glazed salmon, and everything was delicious and amazing. The flavors were perfectly blended and the portion sizes were generous. The prices were also very reasonable considering the cost of living. I highly recommend this place and it will definitely be my go-to takeaway for my family. I want to thank the staff for their fantastic food and service, and wish them all the best! 5 stars!

   Fantastic food, freshly cooked massive portion in the combo box! Highly recommend, the mac and cheese I had as an extra was amazing! Best Caribbean food I have had in a long time. Staff are so friendly and very helpful, kitchen clean and you can see them preparing your food! Hot food even when we got it home and cooked freshly. I had fried chicken and stewed chicken, my partner had curry goat and fried chicken! My son had stewed chicken. Compliments to the chef we will be back 100%

   Just want to give a shout out to the chef aka Prawny. The oxtail was bang on. Sorry no photos was to hungry and the food tasted so good that I did not have time to put done the fork. I then had a shrimp pasta take away some festivals and some jerk chicken wings it was excellent. Very nice people at the Authentic Jerk House. This place comes highly recommended. Complements to the Chef
