   Food and staff were great, very nice inside and staff were friendly. Which was a nice change as most curry lounges I frequent I find the staff can be quite rude. I just wish they would re-think the idea of having live acts in such a small space. I want to eat a nice curry with others without getting a migraine from extremely loud reggae being sung into a speaker that could i could hear down the street and inside the pub next door, let alone in an adequately sized restaurant... It rather spoiled the evening.

   Very nice restaurant - quite limited parking outside but restaurant was very spacious and atmosphere nice. Food was your typical Bangladesh fare, however it included lobster, so that was quite special! Drinks option was extremely limited however, no zero sugar drinks available. Would definitely return though

   It's not just that the food is excellent. It's that it's consistently excellent. We use Chutneys all the time. Whether it be for a take away or dine in. Never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly and efficient. We've been to New Year events here, small group and large group meals. Even a kids birthday party here. It's definitely the best Indian restaurant for miles around.

   It's been a few years since we last visited here, we decided to give it a visit after our daughter told us that she had had a really good takeaway from them. It was very busy for a Friday night so they are obviously doing something right. The onion bhajis were a bit crispy but our chicken pathia and dupiaza, both with spinach, dishes were excellent. The sides of rice, naan and chips were also much better than your average. The service was slightly on the slow side which suited us and what I particularly liked was the sense that the waiter and owner were genuinely interested to know if we thought anything could have been better. The evening was hard to fault as it was and I have a feeling that it will be getting even better in time. Take your own alcohol.

   Food is tasty. Reasonably priced. Can take your own drinks, which is great and makes the whole night pretty cheap. All the staff are lovely but there are 1 or 2 who just make the night great... good fun and very knowledgeable. Will offer help and advice on levels of spice for the kids etc.
