   I ordered Chicken Biryani and Chicken Tikka Masala. The description said it would be subtly sweet with a blend of spice, but it was extremely sweet – like the whole sugar jar fell in. When I called the store, the customer service was terrible. They were rude and said they couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve also been there twice before to order pizza, and there pizza is so average as well like money gone only for dough nothing on it just veggies in a chicken pizza barely any chicken and the front staff were rude both times. The place didn’t feel very hygienic either. Really disappointing experience.

   Unhelpful customer service with regards to an order taking too long for delivery. I had asked the gentleman on the phone could he contact the uber driver which you can ( I have worked in food before to know this) and was told they can't cantact the uber driver they don't know how to and it is not their problem. Not very helpful or polite at all, staff need alot more training when dealing with customer complaints.

   The food is OK. Watch what they charge you. They tried to charge me £3 more than the advertised price saying that they had had a price rise but forgot to change the prices on display. I said that is no excuse and I'll pay what's advertised. On the upside it appeared relatively clean. They weren't happy. I was.

   The food was a bit disappointing, to be absolutely honest. Come one, Salsa Grill, having a look at your available stock and resources, surely you can do better than only pleasing after pub crawl lost crowds... The service was pretty good.

   Dirty disgusting food at ripp of prices. Place deserves to be shut down by enviromental health food is always old and reheated dirty filthy atmosphere inside no customer service either

   Food is absolutely disgusting from this place and wouldn’t recommend for no one especially if you’re after a mix grill the meat was under cooked and seemed off my order ended up in the bin

   A lot of memories with Salsa Grill Wolverhampton, I used to eat in this restaurant when I was a student at Wolverhampton University during 2010-11. Best food and best staff . Soon I will visit again .. thanks a lot Salsa Grill for great memories ❤️

   An absolute appalling service from Salsa Grill. We ordered a large donner kebab but they served us with rubbish donner that DIDNT even fill half the box. And they had the audacity to charge us a shambles of £6.50. On top of this if you wanted to order a salad with it they charge you an extra £1.50. When I tried to call for an explanation they RUDELY DISCONNECTED the call. DIDNT even get an apology!!!! Guys!! If you want to have a shocking meal with a disgusting service, this is the place to go to!!!
