I visited this Nando’s on a busy Thursday night and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the politeness and attentiveness of the staff. Chloe, the manager, was particularly friendly and helpful, making the entire experience delightful. We’ll definitely be back after the refurb!
Lewis needs a pay rise! Really great service! He went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. Honestly, really friendly face who genuinely wanted to make our experience a cut above the rest! And he did just that! Thank you Lewis! Promotion for Lewis!
Food was lovely and we just didn't feel rushed at all. My friends were given cards for their birthdays and staff were SO attentive. I couldn't easily get out of my seat to refill my drink because three of our friends were either side of me, one young blonde girl in a red tshirt kept coming over to get my refills. So kind of her. Food arrived quickly after we had ordered, and because we weren't rushed out we all stayed for puddings and hot drinks. An absolutely brilliant night because of the staff here. Thank you.
Service has been in the past, but on Saturday, it was terrible. We were told they didn't have much food left due to being busy throughout the day, which was fine. When I checked the app, some of the food like the tomato salad was available and when I told the waiter, the reply was just oh, I didn't mean that salad. The beer was given to us closed, i had to go to he till to ask to be opened, there was no acknowledgement of what i was saying by the manager. He had another customer stating how unhappy she was with the poor service. The salad was delicious, but one was to full to the brim and the other was half. Again we showed them and no response. Very disappointed with the service.
Table for 4 after 20 mins wait which was ok. However, we were seated at 2 very wobbly tables and when I eventually got hold of who seemed the most senior staff member (Nicki) and showed her the state of our table, I was a little shocked by the response "I didn't design these tables, I can move you if you want but you'll have to wait". I understand they are busy on a Saturday evening but more attention to customer service is required. We won't be going back to Nando's at Bentley Bridge again.
Very quick service, no wait time to be seated (7pm). Food tasted great as always. I ordered the beanie pitta with the new orange and maple sauce (a new fave).
I visited today with my family for lunch after we had been bowling next door. We were greeted by Spencer who was very polite and attentive. When we ordered, we were served by Ewan who again was polite, courteous and attentive, overall these two members of staff were great. Also the food we received was fantastic so praise to the guys preparing the food. Overall 10/10. Thanks guys
Plenty of parking in well-marked out areas with easy access to Nando’s. Very fast service although it was busy. The food was quick with virtually no wait as we ordered with the app. The various dishes were hot, tasty and up to a very good standard. Fantastic.
Restaurant with modern decor and a very pleasant atmosphere, the dishes we ordered were delicious, cleanliness and service are impeccable and the prices are very fair. Definitely a restaurant to visit more.
