Order delayed due uber eat drivers cancelling. Spoke to Resturant who prepared the food and not willing to re prepare the order when food could be picked (have orders from them several times - no customer food will). Uber eats then canceled the order with charging full monies for the food. Contacted the restaurant who were unwilling to help in anyway. Not even willing for the order to be picked by myself. Utterly awful customer service! You have lost a long term customer! Ps last order was soggy and inedible due to Uber eat delays, hence the debacle.
