Absolutely disgusting I will never order from here again, ignored my requests about my food, sent me the wrong food and I called to ask about it the staff was rude a swore at me! And hasn't done anything about it I wasted my £20! Totally dissatisfied and this is unacceptable!
⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Treated Unfairly I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered from Turkish delight, only to be charged far more than what was listed or expected. When I calmly questioned the pricing and asked for a refund, the staff refused to engage respectfully, £9.20 large chicken and chips is ridiculous priced for a portion, got robbed. Instead of resolving the issue, they escalated the situation by calling the police—simply because I asked for my money back. I felt intimidated and humiliated over what should have been a straightforward conversation. No customer should be treated this way for raising a valid concern. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this place.
Lately everytime we order for delivery from here there is something missing and this last time the food tasted like it had been reheated....absolutely awful
Guys were friendly and the food tastes fine but I paid £10 for this? 4 bits of chicken a few chips, some salad and a pitta slapped on top? I ordered a Kabab and this does have all the ingredients but it is no kabab.
Don't waste your money for this the kebab was dry and was not from the same day not recommended.
Had a mixed kebab which was just superb, taste of doner meat and Chicken was just quality. Great service from Erkan, keep up the great work your doing. Would totally recommend this business to anyone. All the best....PWB
Order from here every Friday night. They know the address just from my number. Have had some issues in the past but today was by far the worst. Placed my order. 15 minutes later I get a panicked phone call asking to ring and place the order again...confusing but I do. When the food arrives 2 meals are wrong. I ring them and they blame me for the order and say the guy who took the order has gone out so they don't know what i ordered. And then he cuts me off!? I ring back and they ignore the call!! Being a local customer gets you nowhere with this place. Don't waste your money.
Avoid this place like the plague!!!!! So poor, I honestly have no words! This is hands down my worst take out experience of my life! Ordered a large kebab however, a baby portion arrived in a large box. It was Luke warm and over cooked. Cheesy chips were stale, cold and partially melted congealed cheese mixed throughout. Chicken kebab special was a pitta bread one quarter filled with Luke warm standard chicken meat. Topped to full with unpleasant salad. Again. For the love of God avoid!!!!
Had a halal lamb donner kebab here 24/7/20 , it tasted pretty good, was a good portion size in the large size and was served with pitta bread. Asked for salad separately they said they don't do it separately which is a shame. The cucumbers did look off with brown patches on the slices. However the next day I did have an upset stomach. Not saying it's their fault but if others found this then you can guess it might be a problem with their food.
