I had a lovely gluten free pizza. The management spent time reassuring me and took great care when preparing the pizza. It was delicious. The only improvement would be to provide clearer labelling for the box as WFSB (wheat free) was not what we were expecting! GF would be more obvious.
Just had the all the trimmings pizza and we are extremely disappointed. Couldn't taste any sage, any cranberry or any gravy. To top it off we weren't given any gravy dip, just garlic dip which we didn't realise until we got home. Just tasted bland. Will tick to domino's in future
Papa John's is a fantastic choice for pizza lovers! Their pizzas are always delicious, with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The crust is just perfect - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.The customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend Papa John's for a five-star pizza experience!
Grim. Undercooked chicken. Refused a refund then they claimed they had spoken to the franchise manager of Popa John's. Complete rip off. Dishonest, incompetent. The worst pizza. Just a bunch of thieves.
Staff have an attitude problem they don't even know what deals they have it's my first time at Papa John's not a good experience rather go to Pizza hut
Very poor experience here. We usually order online but decided to go to the shop instead since we were nearby. The server was very rude and cold, I think it would be better if you had a more friendlier person taking the orders. He was very sharp with us and gave me disgusted looks, like we were below him, you work for a pizza shop mate! Since it was Tuesday we knew it was 2-4-1 I asked for pizza sticks 2-4-1 offer I got 1 box of pizza sticks, they clearly didn't want me to have the free one. Wouldn't bother going here again the service was awful. None of the offers were displayed and he didn't really care at all about customer service. Order online for the same value and get the reward points too, with no rude service is my recommendation!
Meant to be half and half pizza more like 2/3s pizza. No quality control at this place. Such a shame as they were so good when they first opened. Would not recommend
Me and my wife have always ordered from here but standards have been slipping gradually since they opened. its safe to say we will no longer be ordering from here ever again. We ordered our food and it took ages to arrive. when it finally came we noticed the sticker seals had all been broken and we opened the chicken poppers to find they had been eaten. I rang the manager for an explanation, he was really unapologetic and said that our order went to the wrong house and they opened the chicken poppers but realised it was the wrong order and the heat from the Pizzas must of broke all the other sticker seals on the other boxes and that the food was fine. When in all reality we basically received half eaten and played with food by complete strangers during a global pandemic. Absolutely sickening. Words can't describe how we felt. And to top it off he refused us a refund because apparently we ordered online! PLEASE AVOID! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
