Visited Burger Boi for the first time after receiving their menu with a voucher. I recently moved to the area and thought I’d give it a try. The staff were polite, and the burger and fries were tasty. The food was well packed in a large paper bag and stapled shut, but when I got home and opened it, I realised my drink was missing—even though the bill included a cola as part of the meal. Bit disappointing, as I didn’t notice until I was home. Overall not a bad experience but I wouldn’t rush back
The food is somewhat decent but I've come here twice this week and have received poor service. Pricing is extortionate with little portion size and generally I'm not one to complain on price. Personally I wouldn't come back. First time round was told to hold the line to place an order and no reply for nearly 10 minutes. I went on Uber, completed the order there and ended the call so not sure if they were ever going to come back to the phone. After an Uber eats discount paid £8 for loaded fries which was small in portion and no napkins, forks or additional items in bag. Second time paid just under £12 for a small burger and a portion of chips. No additional sauces given and ate the chips dry. The chicken burger (Tennese rub) was just drenched in buffalo sauce and did not have anything to it. Opened the burger up and there was no jalapenos or pickles as stated in the description.
Standards have slipped massively. I know this always happens with restaurants but this is so disappointing. The first few times I ordered from here the food was top notch. The last few times it has been pretty bad and getting worse. I gave it another chance because everyone can have a bad day but it's clear that these are just the standards here now. I'm afraid I won't be going back, which is really sad because it used to be amazing. The prices were just about worth it at their peak (with discount vouchers) but no way I can justify paying those prices now. Even if it was a lot cheaper I don't think I'd go back because the standards have fallen so far, the food is not good. The portions are smaller. There's no care putting things together. The triple cheese burger is now just a soggy greasy mess, no shape to the burger. It's also meant to have crispy fries on top but I'm pretty sure they haven't put any on the last 2 or 3 burgers I've had. It's so disappointing.
Wow!! I’m obsessed with this place! the staff are literally the nicest! Fast friendly and so lovely. I order around 2 times a week.inferno wings and the bad boi hot mess is just a different league and I get that same quality of food EVERYTIME it’s an experience I’ve never had I just never get bored of the menu the jerk boi burger is amazing so mouth watering! I think the prices are more than fair for the amount of food the best place in WOLVES to get food!
First and foremost, amazing customer service! Secondly the food! Oh my days! So good and plenty of options. I had the Katsu strips and the topped fries, both were perfect. Note: I picked this up myself, as I could guarantee getting it home nice and fast.
Over priced I think after receiving 3 different burgers and 3 fries . My burger was soggy and the fries when delivered seemed reheated. My son enjoyed his American boi but my husbands burger wasn't as tasty as expected. The packing was great but I won't be eating from here again.
