   Service was terrible, ordered food was cold, when complained the staff were rude and then they made out there was no issues, even thou the food was stone cold. Did not give us our hot drinks with the food, even after we had eaten, we had to chase them. It was not like the shop was busy, there as hardly anyone in there. No wonder the shop is quite. The staff are very miserable and have no customers service skills, what happened to service with a smile ?. Would definitely not recommend Rattans, spoilt and wasted our time and money here.

   Food is amazing but customer service isn't good at all. They serve the food and forgot to give plates like we aint gonna eat on the tissue. If it was busy understandable but it wasn't even busy at all. Me and my son were the only people were in the restaurant. All they were doing standing and talking in the kitchen.

   Wow. What a lovely little restaurant. Came here whilst driving down dudley road and thought we would check it out. So glad we did. We went for the vegetable thali large. It was more than enough food. Each dish was delicious. Sonia was our server and she was so attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back. Really impressed.

   Twice I've called and and ordered and on both occasions they start cooking when you turn up, but tell you will be ready in 15-20mins. I waited 45 minutes when arrived at the shop. They need to be honest. Food is nice.

   Only 1 star as it would not let me continue without choosing. Food was over an hour late from expected arrival time and young children waiting to be fed. No phone call as courtesy to advise lateness and lady on phone when we called was extremely rude and just answered us "well we're busy!" rather that acknowledge the lateness and apologies and cancel our order. We ended up having to turn the order away and having to contact deliveroo for a refund, which we now have to wait for the restaurant manager to authorise. This used to be an amazing restaurant which we used weekly and this is another reminder of why we stopped ordering from them. Remember where you came from and what customers kept you going through covid!!

   I order from here most weeks. The grilled chicken wraps are delicious, cannot go wrong! Only criticism is the fries can look a bit greasy when you first take them out of the bag, but they taste great. 5 stars
