   (Judging off Friday evening) Sevice was nice and not a long wait. Meals tasted brilliant, with big, fulfilling portions. Where very gracious with (alcholic) drinks and prices were very fair! The only thing I'd fault is, the 'one' server tends to grab "spare" plates and cutlery from other empty tables instead of from the bar or kitchen when there's no need to rush and the whole look of the restaurant deffo needs sprusing up. But overall, a lovely place for a meal and a good place to spend time, deffo recommend visiting!

   Awful pickup experience The menu I had and about 100 of the same menu's on the counter in the restaurant stated 15% off orders over £16. My order came to just over £21. Firstly he charged me the full price. When I queried the discount he thought he was being polite by offering 10% and said the menu's were old. He did not want to give me any discount in the first place. Because I was a lady on my own did he think he could disrespect me and fob me off.... well I bet he wished he hadn't tried! Good job the restaurant was empty. And I got my 15% in the end. Good job because the food was awful. Special rice was dry and peas looked like they had gone through the microwave a few times. Lamb meat was dry and small pieces of poor quality.... need I go on!

   Exceptional food and service! The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are so helpful and attentive. You must try their specialty dishes. We highly recommend ‘Balti Hut’ to our family and friends.

   Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!! Had a takeaway lastnight from here lastnight Starting eating the curry and noticed it was raw chicken I called the shop up and told the chap on the phone and he wanted to replace the curry and nothing else then told me he would replace it all in the end! Which I didn’t want and he wanted the curry back! so he gave me my money back and told me I’m a trouble maker and to not order from here again and I’m banned! He is the most arrogant person I have ever spoke to please not order from here get this shop shut down!!!!

   Feeling really let down today by the bulti hut. We have recently moved to the area and tried other curry houses and didn't like them, but after finding the Bulti hut ( which was closer to our house ) we found our forever curry restaurant, we had a few really good experiences when eating in and was so happy with the food, service and cost. But tonight's experience has put us off totally and we are gutted. We decided to order in a delivery at 6.35, 2 hours later it still hadn't turned up, after a call we were told another half an hour, this was our family evening meal and the kids go to bed at around 9 so we weren't very happy, I decided to go and fetch it to try to hurry them up even tho I'd already paid for delivery, when I got there I was told it was still gonna be another half an hour, so I asked for my money back so I could go and fetch something else as it was getting late, I was told they will cook it straight away! No discount was offered or even a complimentary drink while I waited. After ten minutes I was given my food, when I got home and opened it up, I was disgusted, trays with curry-looking water for every dish, a few chunks of meat laying on the bottom of each tray, I plated it all up and everything was swimming in water. I can't tell you how disappointed we are!!!

   Had a take away tonight half the order was wrong.then when I phoned them the staff was rude and said I was a lied about our order hand to drive back to them and show what the order was wrong the after 15 minutes of arguing they then redid the order what was missing then it was still wrong and missing half the stuff again would not recommend again stay clear cowboys was empty on a Saturday night all I have to say

   Had a takeaway last Saturday and absolutely top notch. Decided to eat in restaurant tonight what a pleasure. Everything from service, food quality and chef recommendations was 110%. Can’t recommend enough.

   Ordered madras curry, waited over 1 hour for delivery, putting curry on plate most of it ran off the plate, 4 little pieces of chicken in the whole dish, sub standard to say the least, phoned to complain ! They said we have been busy tonight, so if there so called busy ! Best not to place a order because you will get a container full of sauce, not the curry dish you ordered, sub standard at best ! I will not be ordering from them again.
