   The worst shop in Wolverhampton!!! Poor customer service manager always has an excuse... last straw for me is using just eat to order and getting a call from Mamees saying they haven't got the food and I must cancel order. Just Eat have said once the takeaway is preparing the order they are responsible to cancel the order and will not refund my £22. They run out of food don't update the system. They have sent half portion when they have ran out. I've had burnt food (which is mentioned on other reviews) i was sent a total different soup to the one I ordered to be told we only make it on a Saturday but It was midweek and still on the menu..We originally only use to have the breakfast from here which we never had a problem with we then decided to try other things on the menu my husband only ate the fried chicken meal from here when i wanted lamb chops and thats the only reason I've ordered again with instructions asking for them not to send burnt food half portion and forgetting the drinks.It seems different people cook and you never know what standards you going to get until the food arrives. The manager is just in denial they can't run a buisness they should just stick to breakfast. £22 down the drain.... we will stick to our regular who we only stray from because they don't do lamb chops

   foods completely changed! took a bite out of the jerk chicken and rice and was met with the nastiest taste ever. I order from here religiously! I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen but something needs to change.

   Service was slow and lacked basic manners considering it was very quiet at the time of my visit. Staff were present behind the counter but I lacked any acknowledgement/a smile, took around 10 mins to get served. (My hunger was the staying power). Again there was only other one person in front that was waiting on their food so didnt quite understand the delay. Food was ok, had the boneless fish and rice and peas, medium dinner was £8. Standard price in comparison to its competitors. This is my first visit but fortunately unless I am out of options, I would probably will not return just due to the service.

   First time customer today. Curried goat was great. Everything tasted fresh. Mac and cheese was also really good. Cannot believe it was a cheap as it was, large meal cost me £9 and I could barely finish it, but it was too good to stop. Best carribean food I've tried in Wolverhampton.

   Have been coming here for many years long before the current management. This used to be my regular but not anymore. The food is fine but the service is an abomination. The new people behind the service counter are pleasant but clueless. They don't know how to serve up ready made food into takeaway containers at an acceptable speed. Today I rang an order in over the phone to collect and if they were too busy they could have said so allowing me to order somewhere else, but after 40 mins and 2 phone calls I went to pick up my order and they hadn't even started it. Psstthhtt ! SMT

   The food has no taste and the rice is frozen they got it from the freezer and didn't even hint it up, meet and vegetables overcooked but cold...never again taste is bad.

   I can not big this place up enough..thier food is bang on...the carrot cake..mmmm...you just got to try it..truss me..ur tastebuds will be dancing....the curry goat n rice is lovely with steamed veg is great...hard food..perfect...fried dumplin is nice fluffy and fresh tasting too...the plantain is beautiful..perfectly cooked..its 1000% spot on..best ive tasted so far so im glad this is only literally 5 minutes away from my yard...see for yourself..dont just take my word..you got to try it to believe me..you wont be disappointed believe that.
