   Great place for traditional fish and chips. I only marked it down a star was the Donner meat isn't as nice as it used to be. Also I only live down the Rd and the delivery fee is still £3.50!!!!

   I used to go here weekly for my family and it was consistently good. We didn’t always have fish however the food and service was great. Over the last couple of years it’s been hit and miss- the service is always excellent, friendly and efficient. The time before last was good, the time before that was bad, both the fish and chips weren’t good at all. Last nights meal was 2 mini fish and chip specials for £16.50. The batter was too thick and the fish was grey and barely a slither. There’s little value for money there so I won’t be going back as it’s too inconsistent. It’s shame as I really value good service.

   I'm deeply saddened that I went for a cone of chips on 18th October only to find they have raised the prices again and it's getting ridiculous now 20pon a bag of chips and £3.70 for a pukka pie whens it gonna end I get the owners have a business to run and ingredients and products have risen but if it carrys on people will take their custom elsewhere talk about cost of living for god sake com,on

   Found this chip shop in wombourne , I live in Castlecroft and pass 15 chip shops before I get to the chip inn , because it’s the best chip shop , the food is always fresh and tastes amazing , and the owner and staff must be commended for great customer service and amazing food thankyou , I will always drive to get my food from you, everyone should try this chip shop , you will never be disappointed, thankyou chip inn wombourne
