Food took 2 and a half hours to be delivered after placing order. I called and they said they had only just seen my order (about an hour and a half after placing order) once it got to me the pizza was burnt. Other than the pizza the rest of the food was alright but by the time I got it i was past wanting it.
Pizza fantastica yet again! the dough fresh and so tender as it should be. By far the best pizza in Stapleford and surrounding areas - the others come nowhere near this quality. Many thanks, please keep up the good work, and saluto to the Chef!
Ordered the chocolate heaven waffle, more like chocolate hell waffle. Tiny little.bit of sauce dribbled on it, chocolate looked like it was just thrown on and waffle was too dry to eat, had issues the other week with raw chips and was told I was a liar. Will.never order from here ever again
Sent out wrong order of pizzas then I ring up they say they will sort it out and send me 2 new pizzas the pizzas he sent turned up in about 10 15 mins and the pizza base was raw and very dissociating staff very rude tell me I’m in cratfull after he sent food out that I told him is raw and refuse to refund me
i ordered a kebab the food came absoulutely vile, donner kebab meat is like grizzle like its been there for 3 days.. lettuce is brown as its gone off. i rang the restaurant and explained my issue as my order was 21pound! and they told me they cannot redeliver nor can they refund me as they said the food is good. i explained this is unacceptable to think this as i wouldnt even feed this to my dog. She said i can go if i go in she will give me something else however i dont want to eat from there again im currently 38 weeks pregnant so i stand need to be chasing around for food but yes awful restaurant and refused to refund me!!!
I drive 20 minutes to this takeaway. The pizza is amazing! The cheese stuffed crust is to die for! I have the chicken burger, and in this day an age, its really nice to eat a chicken burger and not worry what parts of the chicken I am eating! The calzones are also amazing and they are not skimpy on the fillings! I haven't tried the desserts yet but will be doing on my next order based on the quality of the mains so far! The owner and staff are also lovely and very chatty :) thank you!!
