Best Pizza Hut I’ve been to, the team here are spot on and the guys running it go above and beyond. Sorted an issue out that wasn’t even their fault with 10/10 service. Would highly recommend
We usually order through the app, always from this store. There’s no waiting time—by the time I drive to collect it (about 10 minutes), the order is ready. The app also offers many great deals. Very tasty and accurate, as always.
It is the worst pizza hut ever went in to order food but the manager working in the store has been the most rude person ever and literally shouting. Even Few months back I went to in and he was rude with some customer waiting for order and he was about to jump over the counter to him. But I thought he was one under pressure. But now it clearly tells this place is not busy because of this guy. For your own safety avoid the place. Avoid !!!
Food was ok, Guy on the desk taking the order was constantly on the phone chatting to friends or family. Not professional
No delivery. Staff aren't answering the phones. Nearly 2 hours after ordering. Online tracking doesn't work. Save your time and money and just go straight to dominoes.
Ordered the lunch deal, I messed up on the app order, so called and spoke to Wayne, this chap was exceptional he couldn’t do enough for me, he answered the phone even though the shop wasn’t due to open for another 10 mins, fantastic service , rectified my issue and was polite and professional
Delivery late. Food cold, items missing off the order. Manager said he couldn't do anything about it and I would have to email head office??? Didn't offer to sort issue out or refund. We spent over £60 too!! Stay away!!
Took about hour and a half and the food was the worse we've had in our lives!! Made us feel ill after! Absolutely disgusting! Save your money and order somewhere eles!!! Tasted nothing like a pizza hut pizza.. what are you playing at??? Sort it out
