Tried ordering a pizza, the app is a buggy mess. Kept resetting my order, remade it 3 times just for it to tell me that the store had closed, they're open till 11 so idk what thats about. Then tried ordering on the website, told me that they aren't delivering to me right now (its about 3 minutes away) but also that they aren't available for collection?? Does someone want to explain to me how i'm supposed to get a pizza then? Absolute joke.
I ordered a pizza to collect, and was served by Harmony. She was a lovely young lady and is a credit to your company. The food was good, will definitely be calling again!
Absolutely loved the food! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into each pizza. The service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Will definitely be coming back!
So far, this is my favourite pizza shop. It's better than Domino's. Never disappoints me. The only thing i wish for is they had some seats to dine in.
Only ordered once before from here not linh after it first opened, the cookie and brownie had a very cakey texture, the pizza was fine though. Ordered tonight via the app then rang and asked to make sure they were cooked properly this time. Within the hour the pizza arrived still nice and hot(a bit too tomato puree on parts but not bad) the potato tots came still hot and the brownie and cookie were cooked properly this time. So I can safley say they have restored my confidence
We thought we try papa John’s pizza for a change. I ordered the bbq spice pulled pork one and the cheese one. On the whole large size pizza I literally found 3 tiny pieces of what I presume was the pulled pork. Very disappointed. I won’t go back there again because I think that was just a joke!!! So I wouldn’t waste your money!!!
Ordered a hawian pizza and came out with mushrooms on it (I'm allergic) so phone up to tell them and they said they would replace the pizza. Just over half an hour later the new pizza arrives so I open in front of the driver to find 3/4 of a pepperoni pizza, not even a whole pizza!!!!!!! Phones the shop spoke to the manager and all he said was he would cancel the order and refund in a few days meanwhile I guess I starve tonight!!!! Not the first time the have messed up but will be the last as will never use them again, it's beyond a joke!
The worst take away experience i have ever had, dont know how they haven't sorted the teething problems out by now. AVOID! Ordered 2 pizzas a few weeks ago for collection at 5pm, when we arrived the shop was heaving with people also awaiting their food, and i had to wait in a cramped space for 40 minutes for our food, one of which being the completely wrong flavour. Tried to phone no ens of timea - no answer I then contacted customer services for a refund and was issued a voucher code for a free pizza. Went to collect this one tonight, ordered for collection at 6 pm, when we arrived the man said it would be 10 minutes, then the oven apparently went down so it would be another 10 minutes, and then another 20 on top. Finally received our correct order after waiting 50 minutes, thank god it was free
