   I had a very disappointing experience at lakshmi’s. The customer service was extremely poor. The waitresses were unprofessional, unfriendly, and showed no basic manners. They didn’t greet us upon arrival, didn’t check in during the meal, and didn’t even say goodbye when we left. On top of that, the waiting time for our order was unreasonably long. The staff were incredibly slow, unattentive, and seemed completely uninterested in serving us. Their attitude was dull and disengaged, making the whole dining experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. In a service-based business, staff should at least be polite, welcoming, and attentive to customers’ needs — unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service.

   We as a family of 14 bought our mom and dad here for their 50th anniversary. The service was outstanding, throughout our time here. The only issue we had was it was cold in there the heating was not switched on, we asked but still didn't switch it on. The food was absolutely spot on. We would come again and again.

   A decent place for small party's,the venue hall is clean and spacious, Great place for small party's like birthdays. The food wasn't great, the kebabs were cold and had colouring, they were dry and tasteless. Chicken tikka was okay but I have had better tasting food at other places. The butter chicken was too tangy and too much colouring. The venue is okay but the food is something else.

   Great tasting food, haven't been here in over 9 years but the food and service was great! A small tip, Lakshmis should offer a small desserts plate for guests after their main meal for a charge, everyone always wants something sweet after dinner. Perhaps kheer or something that can be shared. Will definitely be back soon!

   The experience was nice. We punjabis appreciate the food and the presentation was alright. Food was pretty tasty. They got enough room and parking for at least 40 people. I would recommend it
