   I was book a pizza for collection, and when I went there and ask for my order, they said it’s missing and then when I ask them for a refund, they start ignoring me. then i Wait there for like 10 minutes and they keep ignoring me. Don’t answer my questions, and also staff was very rude with me.

   My partners work colleague went to the branch& in his order he asked for a gluten free pizza due to an allergy. He did they didn't have any. There were 4 kinds of gf on the menu, they could see he just didn't want to or cba to make it. And, further more, they ordered two cookies for a treat, and they opened it, to see it was all clearly crumbled up, manually. You could see he was dressed - (the customer) in army dress, so this was their bank holiday squadron treat at the barracks, while working on Bank Holiday Monday. I think this is outrageous, rude face to face customer service and appalling behaviour. Please do better and I hope your /their manager will see this. Regards,

   Ordered a "New Yorker" Pizza after work on Friday for collection. Went to pick it up, and my name wasn't on the screen, so asked for the pizza and they gave me it with some free cookies. I noticed the cookies were warm, but the pizza was almost cold, I ordered it 10 minutes before I arrived to pick it up. It is obvious that they had another order for a New Yorker that didn't get picked up a few hours before and saved it to give to another customer (me). They threw in the free cookies as a mechanism of undoing (behavioural defense mechanism) in order to correct their wrong. 100% will not be ordering from here again, they've lost a customer and I'll take my business elsewhere. I hope this branch gets new management/new employees as their work ethic is beyond pathetic. How hard is it to make a fresh pizza?

3. Not “I need money” Today ★☆☆☆☆

   Useless, couldn't be more useless if they tried!!! Phone operator couldnt understand what i was saying. Then they tell me for collection its card payment only... im collecting so cash should be fine but no, its a big issue with the person who cant speak/understand the language.

   I understand that covid restrictions and all that, but wouldn't take my cash which was all I brought out with me, last time I'll be going there, was a big order too!.

   Dominos is not a place I'd normally give 5 stars but I'd just like to acknowledge the friendly and joyful staff that we're working there at approx 6pm. You guys deserve a pay rise as you work hard for your money and the customer service was great. Pizza was good too!
