   Ordered a delivery from here tonight, took 2 hours to arrive after us being told it would be 60 minutes max, which is already a disgrace. We had to ring the shop 3 times and one of which we were told we would have to wait another hour before our food would be with us. When the food arrived the pizza was barley warm and seemed to have been sitting for a while, the donor meat on the pizza was poor and there was only a handful on a 14inch, we paid an extra 1.50 for a mixed kebab on chips, when received the kebab was spilling out everywhere and the sauce was all over the paper was clearly packaged poorly and without care not to mention the portion size was most definitely not a large it was more of a regular which was a waste of 1.50. We will most definitely not return as the service was terrible and the food wasn’t great. Not the best impression to make for new customers, again this is the restaurant who only had one delivery driver working on a Saturday night, usually the busy day. However we cannot fault the delivery driver as he apologised and was sincere when it wasn’t his problem.

   I rarely write reviews but the food iv just received deserves one! 2 doner kebabs on nann , absolutely awful! Thick undercooked pale doner with hard bits all through the meat like bone! Slathered in sauce to try to disguise it. A teaspoon of salad (couldn't even see it when opened , thought it was missing) what a waste , just couldn't bring myself to keep eating Has put me right off ever having doner again

   Got from here for first time after hearing good reports. Kebab arrived wrapped in foil never a good sign and i was right soggy wet nann bread with slimy grey brown looking donar kebab. Salad all wilted inside. Vile looking and vile tasting. Never tasted a kebab like it like something you get from those heat in the microwave kebabs. 9 quid for it as well isn't cheap so expected more, was tiny also as well as unedible. I know donar meat isn't a great meat but this tasted even more cheap than some. There is NO way other people are ordering this and liking it judging by the reviews.Usually i go to turkish kebab house in glengormley which is outstanding. Will never use here again.

   27/05/2025 I am disappointed regarding my recent order from this shop. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was not properly baked, which made it very unpleasant to eat.I have to bake again and wait for another 30 mins. What’s more concerning is that this is not the first time this has happened. I had raised this issue previously, and after team apologized and assured me it would not happen again, I decided to place my orders with them once more, trusting that the quality would improve. Regrettably, this repeat issue is quite frustrating and, frankly, devastating, especially as a regular customer who had hoped for a better experience. 28/05/2025 Shop reached out to me and offered to make it right by sending me a fresh, properly baked pizza today. I accepted the offer, and I must say, the quality was much better this time — the base was perfect, and the overall taste was great. I really appreciate their willingness to take responsibility and ensure customer satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Thank you for the correction and excellent service today! 21/06/2015 Got the worse pizza again.it s watery.. No words. I am not going to be their customer again.

   This is my second time reviewing this place, and the first time was in admiration of the food. This time, I know it sounds strange, but was for the delivery driver. I have never in my days chatted with a delivery driver, happily! for 25 mins while knowing my food is cooling right behind me in the hall. Lol I've never ever met a more approachable person in my whole life. I'm really sorry I forgot your name...or did I get it? Lol but the world should be filled with more people like you! Speedy bites, you are very lucky to have a human like that in your employment! Happy New Year!

   Not a fan, first time eating here, ordered 2 sausages but they insisted I buy 3 sausages for a higher cost. The sausages were full of grease and had no chips at all. When I asked if it came with a couple of chips, they tried to charge more again. I would not recommend this place. Difficult to communicate with also, they just keep trying to add an extra few quid.

   First time we got from here and I have to say it was delicious! Had the chicken pakora hogie and pepperoni pizza... Both yum. Only negative was we asked for one of our orders with the sauce/salad (cant remember which) separate and it came with it on it but it really wasn't a big deal for the person eating it. Good food and will defo go back

   I like the food however the service is appalling. Food left at 5.54pm and didn't arrive until 6.20pm When I rung the store to check where it was the guy was rude on the phone and hung up on me twice when I asked when it left or how long it would be. Will never be back. If that's how they treat customers simply asking a question and I bite my tongue not being rude until he hung up twice. Waiting on the manager to ring me or owner however doubt that will even happen. Terrible service would definitely not recommend again.
