   Placed an order for collection on their website and paid for it. Went to the store and it appears to be closed, double checked online incase I had the days wrong, nope Google confirmed it was supposed to be opened. No notices to say what happened, tried to call, phone is off the hook and they’re not responding on messenger. I have requested a refund for my order so we’ll see what customer service is like.

   Pizza was undercooked. Rang the shop to let them know (girl answered). Wasn’t a big issue, it happens. Received a phone call few minutes later from the shop with a fella blowing down the phone about being cheeky to the female member of staff?? This ended up with him telling me to come up to the shop for a “fair dig” hahaha buck eejit.

   The lads that work here have terrible attitudes, and customer service , a pizza was sent out and it was wrong, woman at the desk argued point blank that I ordered the pizza she sent out, said they'd send another one up, they came up and took the pizzas, and just handed me my money, told me they weren't going to deliver to me anymore. Which is a shame as I ordered from this place 2-3 times a week.
