Ordered a £10 plain chicken shish. Waited 30 mins in the shop. No signs of my food so Left empty handed. Worst £10 I've spent.
Cash only so can’t refund when you go home and realise they’ve given you raw chicken!! Upset as usually love this place but completely dissapointed. Time will tell if this makes me sick!
Although they advertised chicken on the menu they only cooked to order meaning a 20 min. Wait. Good to know it's fresh, but not if you just want a quick take away.
I never review but felt that I needed too as the service and food was amazing. Massive portion and just lovely service, will make this a regular from now on! Thank you so much
I ordered and paid for large dona kebab chilli sauce and coleslaw , and large spicy patatoes ,,, After a 45 minute wait in shop , I got home with , leather for a kebab , no coleslaw it was disgusting so washed meat off. ( no chilli) to give to dog ! Guess what she left it , very disappointed , unless this company gets back to me with an apology I’m never going there again ,,, All food was cooked in front of me but it was dispensed to delivery , I ended up with a meal I didn’t order and certainly couldn’t chew it was leather
Absolutely awful, ordered a pizza and a kebab, took over an hour and a half to be delivered, freezing cold when it arrived, the kebab is inedible, thick with grease, awful taste, all food has been thrown away. On top of this, when I called to see where my food was, they told me the driver was. On the way, 30 minutes later, still nothing, call back again, I get laughed at, and then they leave the phone on the side. Genuinely disgusting. Even worse service. Wouldn’t feed my dogs this food.
They take and confirm your order then 45mins later just cancel it. Absolute joke of a business
Had burger and chips. Burger was ok and the chips where small and very bland and tasteless, I won’t go back And cash only,
We often order from here, we have done for years. The food is fantastic, prompt , reliable , friendly service. Whenever we go anywhere else we are always left feeling disappointed and wished we had just gone to Golden Grill.. Excellent!!
Been going here for years always good. Went last week and the service was terrible! Too busy with just eat customers orders to worry about walk in REGULARS. We had kebab meat and chips 3 times hardly any chips, meat & no salad etc. Portion terrible to what it used to be. All for nearly £7 a portion, what a joke. We only live in Brixton time we got home it was stone cold. The food handling & hygiene left a lot to be desired too, think some re training wouldn't go amiss!! Won't be returning any time soon!!
