   Just eat messed up my order from here, called up and spoke to someone the night before and was told to call tomorrow - still no pizza - called the next day and Emily was a superstar in getting me my order the next even with the new integration into just eat which clearly isnt working properly and making their life harder than it needs to be! Top marks from me

   As a company we have been regulars with Dominoes spending over £400 at a time. We’re ordered way ahead ordering 30 pizzas for an important event. The order was over an hour late with the excuse of they were busy… personally not good enough we’ve paid a large amount of money and pre ordered it should be prioritised. We asked for some kind of compensation for this and were told we couldn’t get anything even though it really messed up the work event. Because if this we will order from elsewhere.

   Finally delivered an over cooked but cold pizza 3 hours late. I had to walk out and find the delivery driver. Absolutely defeated the object of "pizza delivery". Absolute clowns.

   So I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but as it has been a few weeks since I approached the complaints system it's driven me to here DO NOT EAT HERE amongst the other disgusting stuff people have posted I ordered cookies, pizza and a coke they all came ready to tuck in and what do I find some sort of moth in my cookies this is a massive shame as me and the missus always go here as we have been for the past couple years so big shame really I was only offered a refund on the cookies and not the full order which I think is wrong.

   Well, I had ordered a large tomato based pizza with stuffed crust to be collected at 12:00pm, I got a barbecue base no stuffed crust and didn’t get my pizza until 20 mins past. Safe to say £23 not well spent, also I paid £5.99 for loaded wedges for them to have a bit of cheese sprinkled on, very disappointed going mutely plain next time xx

   Firstly sent a pepperoni pizza instead of a veggie one. Called to tell them the problem, understanding mistakes can be made. They then promised they’d remake the veggie pizza and deliver it in 40 minutes. Called after an hour and was told there’s an issue with delivery and would take another hour. Hours of waiting and still didn’t receive my actual order

   Well, one pizza arrived completely squashed and under cooked. Called and sent a replacement, wow.. looks good from here right? Wrong, it arrived cold and basically raw, it obviously got shown the over but was not allowed in. Not disappointed we just won’t ever return.
