   Didn’t make a booking reservation but they managed to seat us immediately anyway. Very friendly from the start. To begin with we had Lowenna as our waitress, she was very chatty, welcoming and dealt with our starters and main course orders, she was then amazing when we needed to relocate halfway through our meal. RJ then saw us through the remainder of our meal and deserts. Both Lowenna and RJ were a credit to the company, both made us feel very much at home and kept us amused throughout our visit. Thank you guys.

   Visited for lunch on a trip to Plymouth and was not disappointed. Had 3 courses and was full up for the rest of the day. Started with the chicken spiedini which was tasty and came with a tantalizing spicy honey dip. The main course was a fiery roquito chicken pizza which was right up my street, especially with some chilli oil drizzled on top. To finish off I plumped for the chocolate brownie ice cream sundae, a lovely sweet decadent dessert. Our servers Tansy and Olivia were professional and efficient throughout and are a credit to the Zizzi Plymouth team. Even little details wasn't a problem, e.g For my dessert I asked if they could make it without the honeycomb pieces, as they stick to my teeth, and they accommodated it without any fuss. Also gave us a wide range of choice of tables to choose to sit at, rather than just directed to a certain location. Overall a very nice dining experience.

   Popped out for tea tonight as had a rare weekend day off, and the food was delicious! We also had a couple cocktails and they were lush! Lowenna was our waitress and she was amazing, she was very attentive and very friendly. She’s a real credit to zizzi! Thoroughly enjoyed and we can’t wait to come back!

   This was my first visit here, and I was really impressed. The service was excellent, and the food was quick even though it was very busy. Our waitress was helpful, friendly with a warm welcome. I had the chicken and Prosciutto salad, and it was the BEST salad I've ever had!! My only complaint would be the tipping option. When paying for the bill, it automatically chooses how much tip you pay, I personally think it's too pushy, and people should be able to choose whether they want to add a tip, not feel like they have to. It could get awkward for people as you don't know what their circumstances are.

   I haven't been in this restaurant or in a Zizzi's for 3 yrs probably. The format hasn't changed....just the prices. Not the most aesthetically pleasing Zizzi's thats for sure. It was busy and we were stuck in the middle of an aisle but the girls managed to move us. The atmosphere was good and the staff attentive, especially the boss lady who was excellent. The food was good but again the price for one dessert was extortionate at £7.95 because it just wasn't very big and not worth it. Hey ho....we enjoyed it.....and the Pinot Noir was excellent ....

   Had a fantastic meal at lunch time here. The food was very high quality and a good selection. A couple of occasions some items on the menu have been unavailable. The service today was absolutely fantastic, everything was timed to perfection, almost like we were being watched given the super timing when we wanted another drink or ready to order. Great experience today and a wonderful atmosphere. Recommended.

   Great food and service. Unfortunately some Pizza options were not available and the Wifi was not working. Very accommodating and staff were friendly and prompt considering the restaurant was full and people were being told there was a 45 min wait for a table at 6.30pm on a Thursday evening. Tasty food and desserts.
