One of the tastiest pizza's I have ever had. Service was first class. The restaurant is a bit canteenish and lacks any intamacy, but otherwise highly recommended.
What a fantastic place. So accommodating and friendly. The pizza was as good as anywhere I have been. To add to this it was such a breath of fresh air to be served with attention and a laugh, Vicky was superb ! Tony with his funny stories added so much to the Italian atmosphere. Thanks to Vicky, Tony and the chef for making it such a great night - we will be back very soon.
Visited yesterday and we had drinks (no food so cannot comment on that). The options were varied on drinks and they were all fine. The staff were friendly and parking was nice and easy. Sitting on the benches under the shade and it was a nice atmosphere. I'll visit again in the future now I/we know of this place.
Absolutely fantastic pizza, very authentic Italian. You can taste that the ingredients are high quality and fresh. The portions are very generous, and the waiters happily offer takeaway bags, so, we were set for both dinner and breakfast the next day. The waiter... literally Italian George Clooney. That man was the definition of class. I highly recommend eating here!
Great pizza and friendly staff. The locally brewed beer was good too. I love the water wheel and moat surrounding most of the building. Nice bit of architecture and beautiful view of the Abbey at night.
Really delicious pizza and a relaxed atmosphere.. Vicky and the team were friendly and welcoming. Recommend visiting.
Arrived unannounced today with the wife hoping to get a table Front of house very polite and accommodating.Had 2 pizza and cheesy garlic flat bread. All was amazing and very reasonably priced ambiance was just right. A must if your in the area
