   Used to be good, was great when we had it last time, back in the summer. Something seems to have gone wrong now though. Took an hour for our food to be delivered (just one pizza). I'm sure they used to have their own delivery service, but now they use Uber Eats so it just gets picked up when it's most "convenient" Food was lukewarm when it finally arrived and we had to re-cut the pizza as the slices were barley even cut.

   IIt's a very comfortable place; it's not crowded, you can feel right at home. The staff is very polite and very dedicated to their work. I congratulate the manager of this place; he's doing a great job, especially the girl who works there; she's very polite and always has a smile, which makes you feel very welcome.

   The first time I ordered from this store took almost 2 hours to arrive. I dismissed it as being a busy Thursday and thought nothing of it... I have just ordered the same thing, but on the following Monday evening assuming it wouldn't take literal hours to arrive. I placed the order at 18:31. Their online tracker said the food had arrived at 20:01, which it hadn't. I called the store and the person said it "was on the way" before even asking for an order number, name, address, or anything. I gave him the order number and he said he can't use that, even though it's what the website suggested to use as a reference. After giving him my name and address, he repeated "it's on the way". It never arrived. Sadly, I had to file a chargeback with Paypal. I have a curry on the way from a lovely locally run business instead of a badly run franchise.

   New management, same old poor service. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides last night via the app. I used to tracker to see when It would be put in the ovens before setting off to collect then. I always go in a few minds earlier than when it says its ready so I can collect it piping hot I stead of being sat u der the heat lamps ages. When arriving I could see they was still making them but I wasn't bothered as I said above I lole them fresh so OK to wait. I collected the pizzas and got home, only to discover they had messed the order up. Instead of getting a bbq chicken, they game someone else's half n half pizza. The label said bbq chicken but inside the sealed box was clearly not what I wanted. I went back to speak with the lady who didn't see my point until I showed her my order, the label and what was clearly not my pizza inside. She didn't apologies bit did make me a fresh one. She also have me my original pizza and the wrong one too albeit it was either give me them or bin them. I have to say it's sad that who ever runs the paignton franchise are in capable of making pizzas. Needless to say I won't be going back and will carry on giving dominoes my money. Read the other bad reviews since the new management to get a true picture of what's going on there. Think it needs closing down again.

   Worse pizzia we ever had bad all round service .Given a voucher but why would you use it if your food was crab. Burnt no topping

   I had an issue with an online order duplicating, meaning I ended up paying twice and ended up with two orders. This poor review is not regarding the website as I can understand website bugs, but for the non existent Paignton store management. I rang the store to explain the situation and was informed that they assumed I had meant to order the same food twice and that I would be issued a refund, the only problem being that they couldn't issue card refunds from the Paignton store and it would have to be done from the Torquay store. I gave my card details to the man on the phone who said he would pass my card details onto the manager who would issue me a refund the next day. I rang up around 19:45 the next day to see if my refund had been processed but was told that isn't store policy and to get a refund I would have to email hq. I was given a non existent email address twice (separate occasions) over the phone. I was then told I would have to wait for the manager to call me back. It's now been over a week and I've not had a phone call. I've phones up 5 times in total and have been told the manager isn't in today but will definitely ring me back the next day which never happens. I've tried filling in an online complaint but the Paignton store isn't an option on the website, so I'm just stuck out of pocket. The amount of time I've wasted on this is an absolute joke. I recommend you avoid this establishment as customer service is absolutely non existent.

   So I placed an order on there app at 11am to be delivered on 5pm. At 5.20pm i gave them a call as there useless tracker claimed it was being checked at 4.40pm and hadn't changed in 40 minutes. The guy who answered the phone claimed it hadn't left the shop and was still on the hot rack due to no drivers. So not only did they have my order 6 hrs in advance, they didn't bother to call me to say it would be late!!! They obviously knew it was gonna be late. So no phone call, no apology and no discount on my next order. The pizza arrived at 5.40pm almost 1 hour since being cooked. Needless to say the cheese was stail as was clearly it wasn't fresh and it was almost cold. The delivery driver claimed they was busy but was a total lie as the guy on the phone admitted there was no drivers. Will I be going back? Nope!! My advice is save your money on the recently opened franchise and go to the normal high end pizza shop.
