   As older people that are disabled , we have just received beautiful food , with fantastic customer service every time we order . The food is always delicious , the restaurant is always spotless and we have always advised our family , friends and neighbours to order from here . To be honest , we cannot find anything negative whatsoever and this is our honest review .

   Recently bought from here and a bad experience from start to finish... Food prices on the pricing board cheaper than actual food when paying. Bought fish suppers which ended up in the bin as the batter on the fish was like chewing gum, just terrible... Girl serving didn't want to be there and taking a smoke break when cooking food and with customers in the shop waiting, surely that's not right... Won't be back....

   My review isn’t about the food, more about the lack of hygiene and staff that are young and think it’s all a job. I was in tonight and it was a young guy and girl on (Chloe) i think. She had two of her mates in, who at 1st I thought where waiting on food, turns out they where just in to hang out with her and annoying other customers. While I was there I saw them half lying over the food and of the counter playing on their phone, they then lifted the packing that you place other customers food in, they where then taking tongs they where using to handle other customers food with and where play around with them. At no point did I see either of the staff clean or wash else after they had been handled by people who do not work there. The two boy then went outside to smoke and came back in and went about hanging over the food end counter winding her up and annoying her. She kept saying if you don’t stop that I won’t give you food and at one point she told them she would ring her boss. Because she was running around so much after them all customers where having to wait longer. There was a family of 4 and a single older man in front of me who had all placed order already. I placed an order for a cheesy chip and sausage this took over 20mins to do due to her joking around and joking with her mates trying to get phones off them and trying to get back the packing etc. really need to look at the staff you employ and maybe have a manager on or someone who can run the place properly.

   Absolute rip off, prices displayed then charged extra, when queried told those prices were wrong. No offer of refund for difference back, False advertising.
