   I eat here a couple of times a month. The good: One of the best burgers I have ever eaten - smashed double patty for the win. The chicken burger is good too and massive. Cauliflower wings are awesome and a new favourite, & the dips are great too. I probably wont go back to chicken now. They've got loos now. The bad. Service / timings. On a couple of occasions I've waited about an hour for my food. The scheduling of orders and the pass between the counter and kitchen can be absolute chaos. If you temper your expectations you can have a good experience though. Delivery pickups will always be 20-30 minutes after you schedule them and walk in take away 15-20 later than they say it will be ready. I suspect they don't actually start your meal until you get there as I've been 10-15 mins late a few times and it's never been ready. Also do not leave the restaurant if they tell you it'll be x minutes for pick up, as they wont actually start your order until you get back. They've stopped steaming their buns ☹️.

   We came in on a busy Saturday night and the people working were great. The food was unreal. Normally me and my boyfriend share our burgers but we totally forgot because they were so good. Though the wait time was a little longer than usual, the wait was well worth it. Will definitely be back. We had the bbq chicken burger & the bbq burger. People are class, food is class, music & decor are all classss

   Had to request a refund after waiting 1hr15min for a nice cold burger to be delivered. Time isn't the issue as was ordered on a sat night. But a warm meal would be appreciated. To see hardened cheese and cold toppings on a soggy patty is not acceptable. 2 stars only for the call taker who had to issue the refund.

   Incredible food, and a cool looking shop. Will definitely be back. Vegan options are really good too, girlfriend got the seitan fake chicken burger and we also got cauliflower wings which both tasted absolutely amazing. Great chips too.
