   Question for the owners. Since your toilets are locked due to them lovely bangor children vandalising them, why not install a water fountain for your customers to wash their hands after eating. Simply wiping your hands on the napkins doesnt work as sauces have sugar in them, then the sauce and juices make your fingers sticky therefore your kinda screwed if you want to use the atm or handle anything you may have to put back.

   Ordered online and this is the second time my order has been incorrect from this store. I paid extra for egg in my salad. No egg and half the other ingredients I asked for not in salad. The Coke Zero was warm. I have looked for contact details other than a phone number (as I could not call while in work). I would like to ask for a refund but subway have no function of their online order system to make a complaint. Abysmal do not order from this store. There was also hardly any tuna or cheese in the salad. Just load of lettuce. Did not include knife or fork. Will not be back, would give zero stars if I could.

   Absolutely deplorable service, standing at the counter while I’m being ignored by two people behind the counter. After acknowledgment from one person standing directly in front of me they begin to start making a sandwich for an order that I assume has come from just eat.

   Girl who served us was really friendly and chatty. She did her job very well but the general state of the place was not good with discarded paper napkins lying under the table, part of the counter had come away and the toilet was well overdue for a good clean up. A lick of paint and a general overhaul is needed.
