You wouldn’t find a better place for fish and chips. Very generous portions, fresh fish, chunky chips. Welcoming and friendly team. It has become my weekly treat.

£15 for fish and chips and it was nothing special. Flavour was fine, but nothing memorable. For that price, I expected better quality and certainly not a food hygiene score of 4.

Visited this place for the first time today, the food was amazing. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area and like seafood(you wont be disappointed). Portions are massive at a reasonable price, the staff are super friendly and inviting. I will most certainly be back sooner rather than later. Thanks for my amazing visit and keep up the good work.

I've dined twice in the past week in this Fish House, its amazing. The choice of fish they have access to is so good and so fresh. So far I've tried the hake, the black sole and the monkfish suppers. Pride is most definately taken in preparing the fish.

Place never disappoints, cod always fresh and cooked perfectly, chips are best in town too. Just a little pricey which is understandable with all the price increases on produce and energy

Great food. The crab claws are delish! Kids cod meal is big enough for an adult and the cod supper would feed two people.

Had the best impromptu dinner here. Cod and Haddock supper with a side of Scampi. Not too greasy, nice batter, fresh fish. Scampi was best I’d had in a long time. Slightly pricey but good quality and massive portions. Couple of tables to eat inside and a few benches outside.

Very disappointed, as this was recommended to me .Being first in the take away queue I had to wait 25 minutes. On opening my order my sausages were burnt my pasties was burnt and the chips were tasteless so went in the bin.

Great selection of fish. I had the hake supper, and my partner had a chicken burger (there is your classic cod/haddock but also sole and pollock - hard to find elsewhere). Both used quality ingredients, and they were succulent and tasty. Would highly recommend.
