Cold chips, cod was underwhelming. Mushy peas were ok. Place needs a lick of paint. Would have swerved the 2 star hygiene, but had promised my granda a chippy.

We wanted a fish and chips dinner and there weren't many open in Bangor. This was recommended from a family friend. Staff member was helpful. Food was hot and quite tasty but fish didn't seem very fresh. Also very expensive.

Hadn't been here in a long time as the food was terrible but had been told it's all new. It's still terrible. Only ordered a curry chip. How difficult can that be? This is the trash that I got for around £5 or so. Driest curry sauce I've ever seen and barely any on the chips. Must be a shortage of the stuff. Tasted incredibly salty. Couldn't finish it and was glad not to. Wish I'd bought something from High Street instead.

Paid for a too good to go bag from them to be collected between 8.45 and 9. Arrive at 8.40pm and they are already closed! Travelled from newtownabbey.

So much potential. The fish was good. Fries just ok. The low score is on the sit-in side of the restaurant. The floor was sooooo greasy and slippery from the front door to the back kitchen. No ambiance at all. Bathrooms- broken toilet seat. No soap. No Tp. For such a great location it deserves to be an a 5 star.

Ordered on just eat. Went down to collect my food. Was waiting at least half an hour and I am still standing here waiting on it. Shocking service

This would have been my automatic go to place every Saturday and would also have been the only recommendation I or my colleagues would have given to our clients. I understand this complaint is not 100% on the restaurant/cafe but justeat allowed me to order online and take the money when the place hadn't even yet opened. I was not apologised to by either party and was told the food could be made but only once open and to go to justeat to get my money back. I am sadden to say I will not be returning here and the main thing that should be learnt is some basic customer service skills.

Got 2 sausage suppers to take away yesterday, Tuesday 30th August and took them over to my car. The sausages were ok but the chips were terrible, they must have been reheats and were so hard.
