A gem of a place. Sunday lunch is always great and the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Staff members Ivan and Amy are true stars and care that the customers enjoy their meals and have an enjoyable time. Nothing is too much bother.

We came here today for Sunday Lunch - a first time visit and it was absolutely excellent. We were served by a gentleman called Ivan who was just fantastic, a special thanks to him for such good service and a special thanks to the chefs as well for the superb food. We had the Sunday specials - chorizo with onion soup to start & also the sticky ribs. Then for the mains my wife and sister had the fish pie special, and I had the roast beef with a massive Yorkshire pudding! It was so tasty and extra gravy, horseradish and any extra drinks were dealt with so quickly, with no issues at all. To finish, the 3 of us shared the apple crumble which again was genuinely one of the best crumbles we’ve ever had. Such friendly service, real hearty home cooked food - what is not to love. Bangors little hidden gem when it comes to a Sunday lunch. Thanks again!

Highly recommend this place from outstanding service to quality food. Great choice for our Sunday dinner and nothing was an issue while catering for my son and niece for the kids menu. Sea food pie was something else, delicious. Veg came separately and there was plenty.
