   My review seems to be deleted so il write again, ive never been so humiliated and embarrassed as I was yesterday while ordering food at abbeycentre subway. I was basically yelled at and spoken to in a manner that's not fit for whilst working with the public so much so my son was about to walk out. Il not return in a hurry. Even tho the food was grand the service was horrible

   Ordered a six inch and got charged for a footlong and they gave me a footlong with all the wrong items in it then I went up and complained and they stared at me then ignored me so then I had to spend more money getting what I actually wanted. Customer service is horrible. Heard the staff calling my friend different inappropriate and childish words when asking for a new order

   ⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointed with Customer Service Visited the Subway in Newtownabbey recently and was shocked by the attitude of the woman who appears to be the manager. Not only was she not in uniform – which already gives an unprofessional impression – but her manner toward customers was completely unacceptable. All I did was politely ask if a table could be cleaned, and she responded with unnecessary aggression, speaking to me in a way that was completely out of line. It was as if I had seriously inconvenienced her by making a simple request. No customer should be spoken to like that. I genuinely feel sorry for the other staff – if that’s how she talks to customers, I can only imagine what it's like working under her. Looking at other reviews (such as one from Patrick Donnelly), it's clear I’m not the only one who has experienced issues here. Avoid this branch if you want a pleasant and respectful customer experience.

   AVOID! Do yourself a favour and visit a different fast food restaurant. I visited with my 3 year old daughter for lunch. There were 5 staff members working yet the empty tables and floor were filthy! They have touch screen kiosks with signs stating 'order here', which we did, yet they gave priority to other customers who skipped the order kiosks and went straight to the counter. I stood and waited with my 3 year for 20 minutes whilst approx 15 other people got their sandwiches made. When my number was called, the lady had not put my daughters kid meal into the little kids box. When I requested that she do that, she stubbornly went to the back to get a box, put only the sandwich in it but not the drink or cookie - not exactly a good experience for my daughter who gets excited about her little Saturday outing with lunch in subway. Clear evidence of lack of proper management.

   Such a disgusting place to visit, tables filthy and when staff where asked to clean a table they brought out blue roll and liquid placed them at the drinks dispensary and left them. We had to clear and then wipe down our table. Staff were unhelpful and rude. All to busy with online orders or going out for a smoke to clean and deal with face to face customer. What a dirty hole.

   There's nothing much to say about this Subway other than it's much of the same. The food is nice, the shop is tidy and the staff are pleasant. The only thing is when the line is long during lunch or the likes it becomes slow. There is plenty of parking outside and it's easy to get to.
