   Really bad. If you order, you have been warned. They literally do not care. Just order a microwave meal if you want better food without wasting your evening.

   Abysmal. I ordered the VEGAN pesto pasta and it came with CHEESE on top. When I called the restaurant to ask what happened, the second person I spoke to (Jess I believe she was called) was rude dismissive and gave terrible customer service. No responsibility or accountability taken. I’m not confident she even knows that vegans can’t eat dairy. She said that the dish was never advertised as vegan: lie. Then she eventually changed her argument to say that the restaurant had no way of knowing that it was listed as vegan: lie (it says it on the receipt on the bag). She kept saying that I didn’t specify that I couldn’t eat dairy so they have the right to put diary on: lie (I ordered it vegan). Then she changed her argument again to say that there are no guarantees that cross-contamination won’t occur in a Deliveroo vehicle so their food is not guaranteed to be suitable for dietary requirements so essentially this wasn’t a big deal and seemingly the blame still lay with me: invalid argument for this situation. As I explained to Jess, there is a big difference between a risk of cross-contamination and their restaurant unapologetically putting the ingredient on my meal. (Hypothetical example: if I didn’t want flies in my food and I sit outside, yes, I do run the risk of a fly landing in my meal - fair enough. However if the restaurant hand places 10 flies onto my meal when their meal is advertised as not containing any, this is completely different.) I do not have any complaints with the first person that I spoke to, just the second who seemed to be the manager / supervisor or something like that. This was an 11 minute call that should have gone very differently and would have if Jess actually understood that the restaurant made a mistake. I did not shout, swear, insult, etc. I kept a reasonable tone. But what I was met with was shameful. She could not have cared ANY less. I have never named anyone in a review like this in my life. But her response was completely unacceptable. She truly did not believe the restaurant made a mistake until the very end of the call and even then, I remained unconvinced. The least you can do is admit that a mistake was made and not blame the customer. Ignorant and concerning.

   Just paid £10 for a bag of pasta! There was literally no bolognese sauce to be seen! Absolute rip off! Probably cost them less than 30p to produce. Completely bland, devoid of any flavour or seasoning! I would never order from here again! Disgusting! I will be contacting the head office tomorrow for a refund it was that bad!

   Literally no idea what all the positive reviews are all about. The pasta was cold and so so bland. Unsure if the sauce was nice as there was so little of it it was impossible to tell. A review I read summed it up perfectly - reminiscent of school dinners. I cannot fathom the good reviews

   Normally when I order food it arrives cold and soggy, as a result I don't really order food from my favourite restaurants. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Coco di Mama... The food arrived very promptly and was absolutely delicious! The fries went well with the garlic lemon aioli dip, the pasta portion was very generous and the garlic bread was tasty too! Definitely recommend

   Amazing restaurant! I am very difficult with food, I have tried several things on their menu and I loved it. The olives are good, the basic salad is very simple but it is fine. I love their garlic and rosemary bread it is amazing. Regarding the pasta the cooking is very good aldente. I tried the wild mushroom pasta, it was great. I will definitely order again!! I had takeaway and they have put little chocolates in the bag I thought that was a very nice little attention.

   This restaurant popped up on deliveroo and I thought it was amazingly priced and so different to your normal burgers and pizza choices. We received the order which was professionally packed and beautifully labeled. The pasta was delicious and the garlic bread was so moreish. Iy even came with two small 'sweet treats' as a complimentary gift. I would order again! Highly recommended.
