   I had ordered food and called the shop, which they responded say food is on their way. However i have wait 2 hours and still no food or reply and my phone number has been blocked (and no refund). Bunch of scammer would never order here again and will make sure this is known!!

   We ordered a pepperoni pizza only, but it arrived with additional toppings, including red pepper, which my partner is severely allergic to. This is a serious food safety issue. When I tried to call the restaurant to explain, the phone call was hung up on mid-conversation. On top of that, all the other food items arrived stone cold, to the point they felt like they had come straight out of a fridge. Between the incorrect order, the allergy risk, the cold food, and the lack of customer service, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We won’t be ordering again.

   This was the best kebab and pizza I've ever had! The kebab was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The sauce was the perfect complement to the meat, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The pizza was also outstanding. The crust was crispy and airy, and the toppings were all high-quality and delicious. The portion was so big couldn’t even finish half of it. I would highly recommend this meal to anyone!

   So I like this place for food the quality is great! However the estimated delivery is a hour okay I waited 10 min after the time called the restaurant n was told it's on the way 40 mins later nothing I tried calling back n was respectful I under stand they get busy I dont mind ect instead of him apologising n giving me a correct time he shouted n told me his already told me it's on route n I dont live over 40mins from the restaurant would it hurt to be polite I wont be ordering from hear again! No sorry a hour has now past!! So nearly a 2 hour wait

   Tried ordering through uber eats, a pizza, but got nothing 1.5 hours later, called a few times in between and kept getting told the order is arriving. No honesty nor communication, and very rude staff. Stay away on all counts whether eating in or delivery.

   I made an order approximately 45minutes before the published closing time which was accepted. My order was completely ignored and was just left, active. The order was left overnight and I never heard anything. Don't accept orders or even allow orders at that time if you aren't willing to fulfil them. 45minutes is enough time to make one pizza!!!!! Won't be ordering from this place again, literal clown behaviour from whoever was there. Idiotic

   The food quality is typical of a multi-food type take away. The prices have changed from the displayed menu but they don't tell you until its rung up. The staff were friendly and we were offered a free portion of hot wings for having to wait.

   I’ve not even opened my chicken kebab. Ordered a 9 inch Hawaiian pizza and a small chicken kebab. I was told 10 minutes so I disappeared for 15 minutes. Came back and my pizza was only just put in. After 5 minutes in the oven, some guy took it out, looked at it, and said it needs more minutes. About 10 seconds later a guy took it out and put it in the box. I got back and ate some, but it was all cold. Disgusting scenes from this place. I told them at the time that I was waiting about 25 minutes for my small order, but they blamed being busy… which they weren’t as I was just standing there on my own. They didn’t try apologise, or offer anything for their disgraceful service. Honestly, wouldn’t recommend ever ordering from here. I’m binning my chicken kebab as I don’t trust the cooking by them either. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve had in the whole of Plymouth. Go elsewhere at all costs!
