“I had the chance to eat twice during my stay in Plymouth. And I can only recommend Salumi. The staff is nice and attentive. The decoration is quirky and fun and the food is amazing. The Sunday roast is a joy: food quality, presentation and taste. One of the best I have ever tried. For Sunday roast I highly recommend booking in advance as the place can be packed. The only downside to highlight is the price of the drinks. I reckon it is slightly pricey.”

“My family and I often visit this bar, as the food is wonderful. Went back for a visit this Monday, and had some Philly Cheese Steaks, the Fish Goujons, the Blue Cheese and Steak salad, and several other sides between us all. The garlic mushrooms were beautiful: fresh mushrooms in a delicious creamy sauce, seasoned to perfection. My Mum had Mac ‘n’ cheese, which we all pinched some of, because it was “da bomb”! But the star of the show for me was actually the mushy peas! These were made in house, and the chef has got that recipe down to a tea: just the right amount of mint, and I wolfed down the lot! Blues Bar and Grill is a smashing place to go for a meal on the regular, as they change the menu almost weekly, with new stars of the show appearing in the form of themed burgers and delicious seafood dishes. They also have new desserts all the time (we had Eton Mess and Rocky Road Sundaes). You will never get bored of this place! They have a great selection of drinks, too! The music is good, and at a suitable volume in the daytime so you can have a pleasant conversation over your meal without shouting. We took along my 5 week old granddaughter (who slept throughout) and she was not disturbed! I promise I’m not getting paid for this review (although if Blues want to offer me a bribe - please feel free)! You will not regret coming here - try it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!”

“Greeted by very happy and charming staff member, Lewis, which makes a good start. We were able to sit anywhere we wanted and picked the half booth corner table. Lovely choice of drinks and we had an 'Hub Colada' and a Seaside Sling. We both had the dirty dicso burger but we came here because my partner was able to have a proper GF burger as opposed to some "burger" places that just remove the bun and call it GF. Along with a side of "Mother Clucker Fries" - Skin-on fries with buttermilk-fried chicken, cheese sauce, sour cream, Korean BBQ sauce and coriander Couldn't have made it any better. Compliments to the staff and chefs”

“These guys do the best kebabs in Plymouth. Period. Always recommend them to my pals. All of the meat is so flavourful and well seasoned and I love the salad that is included, fresh and vibrant! Plus they are so friendly, always smiling and great to chat too, real credits to Mutley Plain!”

“Lovely kebab meat. Salad seemed fresh but dissapionted no jalapeño. They over did the garlic mayo slightly do perhaps as for less or a pot to put it in. It was pretty busy when I went last because low carnival was on do the wait was 30 minutes plus. My partner had a pizza with bacon he was dissapionted there wasn't much bacon. The base was crispy though. If you want a pizza in particular I wouldn't recommend but there is a pizza restaurant in loe.”

“Saw this place advertised on Facebook, and decided to pop in a few days later while passing through the market. I was very happy to see there was a toasty available with N'duja!! So went in, the owner was very friendly and I was offered a craft beer. Declined due to driving, but I will definitely try one next time. The toasty was delicious!! Golden, crispy, gooey, hot and the cheese pull was a thing of beauty!! I will be heading back again very soon!!”
