    Every time I order food to collect here, despite arriving long before the collecting time, it's already sitting cooked like they'd cooked it as soon as I ordered. As a result, the food is always half cold, soggy, and rice is stuck together and hard. Not a great experience.

    Ordered a veggie pad Thai arrived nearly an hour later, was cold dry and the only veg in it was shredded carrots and onions? Rang to complain was offered a new order but by this time it was 10pm and I was no longer hungry. Asked for a refund, was told the manager would ring me. He didn’t ring I had to ring back, said I could get a refund - 3 weeks later still no refund. Don’t waste your money.

    We arrived at 22:15 on a Sunday after calling earlier to confirm they closed at 23:00 as per the information online since we know Google Maps can sometimes be inaccurate. They confirmed, and we showed up at 22:15 only to be asked “are you a fast eater?” The whole place was already cleaned up with the exception of the toilet which was filthy, no music, and staff with a clear ready to go home attitude. Management really need to open their eyes as staff are turning down customers during opening hours!!!!! Never spending my money here again. They have lost three customers for good.

    Got my first takeaway from Camile in ballyhack on Saturday. The food was incredible! The flavours were very tasty and the food was still nice and warm when I received my delivery. The portion sizes were also very generous. Will definitely be ordering from here again very soon.

    Over priced, franchise fast food. Staff are just putting in the hours, dishing out exact quantities of bland food. If you're into paying for nice paper bags then your in luck. The local independant places are vastly superior.

    Still waiting for my food to be delivered with an original estimated ETA of 1hr ago. Phoned to report the issue and after eventually getting through the person at the other end just put the phone down on me with a vague explanation of where my food was. No apology, nothing. Appalling customer service. I'll do Deliveroo next time.

    This was my first visit to Camille Thai after hearing lots of good reports. However it took over 5 minutes for anyone to show up at the counter to take our order after the two chefs stood looking at us. They looked as confused as we were that there was no staff. So we sat down thinking maybe they will come to the table. Only for a member of staff to appear at the till and becon is over to make our order only for us to have to go back to the table and sit down again (confusing right!?). Seems badly organised and frustrating to get served. The food did arrive quickly once we ordered it and it was delicious. I ordered PhadThai which was served with chicken and prawn. Freshly cooked and very warm when it arrived at the table. Perfect! The own branded lemonade wasn’t great so would avoid that in the future. Would prefer to order for delivery in future just to avoid the staffing issues.

    I love love love this place, food is amazing, there app is also fantastic and simple to use. I tend to do pick up which is super fast and easy. The stir fry noodles are delicious. The wings are a must try as well.

    The welcome was warm, and I applaud their ethical intentions. However, the food was disappointing. The Tiffin box we had was nice, although the spicing on the sticky wings was overly aggressive the spring rolls and skewers were nicely balanced. The mains suffered from a one dimensional monotony I don't associate with Thai food, which was unfortunate. Other menu items could be great, based on the flavours in the Tiffin box, but I'm not sure that I'll be finding out in a hurry.
