   We placed an order this evening around 6pm. The website gave an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes. It took 2 hours for the food to arrive and, as you can imagine, it was far from hot! The order was also incomplete but when we tried to call and report it the line was busy. After 50 something attempts to call my daughter gave up. The food had potential but was cold. Awful service and not even an apology for the delay. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

   Foods was nice... when it finally arrives 2 hours after ordering... we placed our order on UberEats at 6pm and selected The Vikings due to short delivery time of 30 mins. We were given estimated delivery of 6.15-6.45pm which was then pushed back to 6.45-7.15pm. At 7.20pm I phoned the store for an update and was told my order was on its way. My house is 11 mins from the restaurant. At 7.35pm there was still no sign so we tried to phone again, only for the line to be consistently busy and no reply. It was like trying to get through to a drs surgery - 46 calls in a row with the busy line. Food finally arrived at 7.47pm. Food was decent but was cold and our drinks were not delivered, neither was an extra portion of gravy I had paid extra for. Would not recommend for the poor service alone

   couldnt be bothered serving customers, 1 hour for delivery and they used every lie in the book, busy traffic, slow delivery driver, etc etc, bottom line is they take 40 seconds to answer the phone and the service is miserable, if you live 5 mins away from this place it'll still be soggy

   Went today with my two daughters. Bought a family meal to get food value. Such generous portions. The lovely lady who worked there helped me box up everything we didn’t eat. The food is really good quality. I couldn’t believe the size of the portions and it was all beautiful A pretty interior, it’s so lovely! They should reinstate their outside seating, I always loved it. If they reduced the window posters it would make it more obvious it’s open.
