   Usually love. Get it every time we're passing. However even though it said open online and the drinks counter being open and everything. And staff stood there. We waited 20 mins for someone to take our order. We finally asked can we place and order and then we're told it was closed. No idea why they waited 20 mins to let us know. And we had to ask!!

   Ordered food for family and myself Friday Lunchtime. Shockingly bad service from cashier. Very rude and she forgot to process the order. Chased after 15 mins. Lovely chef apologised profusely. Food was excellent when it arrived. Overall mediocre experience. Could improve if they sort out the cashier and customer service.

   Did not manage to try the food. Waited over 15 minutes. Other orders after me got theirs but even though I asked, they just said to wait. Had to cancel my order and get a sandwich from WH Smith as was on a deadline. Also very bad service from the employee who just didn’t care. Need training from the London branches that are so efficient! I would give 0 stars if I could. Leave Coco di Mama and go to McDonalds or Leon who were 20 times busier but so much more efficient!
