We recently visited Bolt Deli as a table of four adults, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we arrived, it was clear why this place is so popular. It was very busy, with a steady queue forming outside, but the atmosphere was upbeat and well managed, so the wait never felt frustrating. The service deserves special mention. Despite how packed it was, the staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly well organised. Orders were taken quickly, drinks arrived promptly, and the food followed at an impressive pace without feeling rushed. It struck a great balance between speed and attentiveness, which is not easy in such a high demand spot. The standout dish for me was the chicken waffles, which were genuinely superb. Perfectly cooked chicken with a crisp coating, soft fluffy waffles, and flavours that worked brilliantly together. It was indulgent, satisfying, and easily one of those dishes you think about long after you have left. The rest of the table were equally happy with their choices, with generous portions and consistently high quality across the board. Bolt Deli has a relaxed, casual feel that makes it ideal for catching up with friends, while still delivering food that feels thoughtful and well executed. The buzz of the place adds to the experience rather than detracting from it, and even with the queues, the turnover is quick enough to make it worthwhile. Overall, Bolt Deli is well worth a visit. Fantastic food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere make it a standout spot in Belfast. I would happily return, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a top tier brunch or lunch experience.

Bolt on Boucher Road is easily one of my favourite spots in Belfast. I go every week with my gym friends after a workout, and it never disappoints. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming – the service is genuinely top-class every time. The food is fantastic, but the breakfast burrito deserves a special mention – it’s absolutely amazing and definitely a must-order! Portions are generous, flavours are spot on, and the atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax after training. Highly recommend Bolt if you’re looking for great food, great service, and a place that just gets it right every time.

A hidden gem just off the Boucher Road. As a regular customer I have found the staff warm and welcoming. The menu is wide ranging, and the food is great. Breakfast is class, and I would recommend the Bolt Breakfast if you like a traditional fry, however theres lots of healthier options too. The restaurant is good size with a series of different seating options.

Just had the most beautiful brunch at Bolt. What made our experience so good was not only the food. It was the staff as well! Incredible Don’t be put off by the long queue outside the door. It moves quickly. We were met by Georgia who is so good at her job, she makes everyone feel welcome. We were seated quickly in the garden. Orders were taken by Mags who is a dream. Food was incredible, great coffee too. Nothing was too much trouble excellent customer service and staff so friendly and attentive and you can tell they love working there. Thanks for a lovely leisurely morning. We will be back

The plain skinny fries were very salty some of the items were over priced especially the fry The staff were helpful and friendly There was a loud audible buzz of all the people talking when it was busy, it was so loud I had trouble hearing the people at our table

We ordered the special today and it was amazing can't fault anything about it. Extremely friendly staff and made an effort to keep my 3year old happy and that means a lot. The place was very busy and i can see why, but this did not effect the service or quality of the food.Well most definitely be back.

A little hidden gem of a restaurant down on the Charles Hurst automotive park. Well laid out spacious dining area with outdoor options. Good variety on the menu with something for everyone. I had the bbq chicken wrap which was first class. Staff are very friendly. Prices are on the upper end of reasonable (just over £17 for a tea, coke and 2 chicken wraps) which is the reason for dropping 1 star. I’ll certainly be back in the future. I’ve also visited the Bolt van which again has a great selection, is easier to find and offers top quality food & drinks. Both locations well worth checking out
