   Wow. Where do I start. From the gin cocktail mixed by Christian right through to the very end, the meal was five star. Alex and Christina were wonderful waitstaff/ sommeliers who guided us through the meal from start to finish. The Amuse Bouche, the pigeon, the chicken were perfectly sauced and balanced, on a quiet Thursday night, the attention to detail was perfect. And excellent wine list, and suggestions from Christina to match the cheese course was spot on. I can’t rate Blank highly enough! Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.

   Fantastic tasting menu, it may be my new favourite in Belfast! Wine pairing complements the dishes very well, when we go back we will be having it again. We had the 5 course tasting menu and the signature wine pairings, be prepared as this was extremely filling! Very balanced flavours, lovely chill atmosphere and a great idea in terms of using produce from the island of Ireland.

   One of the best nights!! We dined here last night for my birthday and the food, wine & staff were all exceptional. We arrived shortly after 8pm and weren’t leaving to near midnight. A brilliant night & will definitely be back again - we will save it for something special.

   Fantastic! Food and service great. Would especially recommend the non alcoholic drinks package (£14 for the 3 course pre theatre menu). So interesting and different. I regretted getting wine, as my friend had the more exciting drinks!

   Everything was absolutely 5 stars from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the wines and food. The atmosphere in the restaurant was incredible and the decor was perfect. We had the 5 course tasting menu with the French wine pairing and it was hands down the best food, wine and experience we have ever had. Couldn't recommend this unique restaurant enough.

   Fantastic food and drink pairings (both alcoholic and non alcoholic), first rate service and presentation of dishes. We enjoyed the way both the world wine and the non alcoholic wine flight were used as an introduction to each course. It was such fun trying to guess what the next course would be as our sommelier described how the drinks would enhance the flavours of the food to come. It was my birthday celebration and not only did I get a card but also a small edible birthday surprise at the end - a beautiful delice with a candle on top! What was so amazing was that the two drink flights looked almost identical. Would definitely recommend this for a special occasion.

   We were excited to try a fine dining restaurant in Belfast. Most dishes very well executed and tasty. Particularly liked the fish (cod?) dish and the lamb. Dessert was unfortunately memorable for the wrong reasons - the white chocolate shell is very thick especially in the centre and it was difficult to break into it without making a mess on the table. Sorbets seemed a little underpowered in terms of flavour. Overall though we had a lovely dinner.

   The food was good. Service was atentive but felt a bit rushed. Not really a five course menu as we got four courses with a sorbet. I totally get the inflationary pressures facing all restaurants but I just don't think this was worth the £70 price for the tasting menu. I enjoyed the experience but won't be returning.

   The best in Belfast. We've made the rounds all over Belfast and this place is my fav....The food, the wine pairing, the staff and the atmosphere were all absolutely superb. I was slightly hesitant about the idea of it but as it turned out, everything was perfect. Big shout out to all the staff who were so fun, professional and knowledgeable!
