   Booked a works Christmas meal here. To be totally honest the food was disappointing. I had steak it wasn’t the best no green beans as advertised and only had roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese as a side order. No other vegetables. The dessert was okish. My white wine tasted like vinegar and couldn’t finish the glass. On a positive the service was ok and staff were friendly.

   Great service, reasonable food and dodgy decor. A fairer score would be 3.5. Pizzas good but pasta wrong side of al dente and Lasagne not the best. Decor cliche 1980’s which may appeal to some. On the plus side this restaurant is family run and far better than any chain Italian. Menu huge ( probably too big) and good value set menu on week nights. Worth a try.

   This restuarant is a hidden gem, which is well worth finding. From the moment you enter you are greeted like a regular. There is a lovely little seating area as you walk in. The dining area was well laid out and the room was well presented. The atmosphere was busy, with lots of laughter. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The menu is extensive with dishes for all tastes. Despite being very busy, our food was served fresh and was well presented from the kitchen. We were all delighted with our meal and all dishes tasted delicious. We had a fabulous evening and will definately return to La Terrazza.

The attention to detail in the presentation is remarkable, making each plate a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. Overall, La Terrazza Ristorante Italiano offers an unforgettable dining experience with its combination of delightful staff, enchanting setting, and outstanding cuisine. I can't recommend it enough!

   The most beautiful selection of fresh, authentic Italian dishes. Each of the 4 members of our party tried eachothers food and nobody had any complaints. Really polite staff, nice clean and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely go again (if we can ever secure a table as it’s so popular!)

   A Little Gem. Do not hesitate to give this restaurant a try. The service was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious with perfect portion size. This was our first visit and won't be our last. I have a cheese allergy and my wife has a shellfish allergy, both easily accommodated. Huge menu choice proving that there is far more to Italian food than pizza and cheese.

   Visited for a company social. Have to say staff were brilliant that is five star. The place itself looks great and authenticity decorated. Beer choice including non alcohol excellent. So why 3 star and not 5 - the food. Started with bread and olive oil which was good. The starter of mushroom and smoked salmon was OK. Other members of the group with differing choices also said it was OK, some left the soup as they said it was tasteless. Mains were very bland across the board. Several of us had chicken and it was thick, with no flavour at all on the sauce. We all, 10+ people were using salt and pepper to try to get some flavour. The sides of potatoes overcooked and bland. Dessert was better creme brulee good, feedback in general however for other choices by everyone else was again disappointing. All in all food very disappointing and unfortunately despite the excellent staff cannot recommend at this point.

   Delicious food, friendly service, staff very welcoming and accommodating of dietary issues. We all chose different things and it has a main menu, Christmas menu along with specials menu and a dessert display. Wonderful wine list.

   We had a really enjoyable meal for 2 in this cosy Italian family run restaurant and chose from the specials menu, whitebait starter and seafood marinara for mains, the staff are very friendly and it has a really nice atmosphere

   Nice place looks and feels authentic. The food was good and the little sides of dough balls and dressed olives were to die for. Pasta dishes we had were yummy too. The pizzas were average but all in all our party of 6 were very happy. Would use again and would recommend.
