   I love the food and get it often. I find their selection expansive, you can really essentially have whatever you want there which is great. It's super easy for everyone to find something you can eat which is great for groups with mixed dietary needs. I just thought I'd note the issues with labelling as I got a nasty surprise because of that unfortunately. It would be one thing if there was a clear key indicating what means what but there wasn't so I defaulted to the standard understanding I have.

   It's quick and easy somewhat tasty if warm at the time. Extremely overpriced for what it is. The staff put the sour cream on like its coming out of their wages.

   Not as good as it used to be , loyal fan for many years across the Belfast stores attending weekly at times . Prices have gone up as expected but paying near £13 for a half filled basic bowl and tin isn’t good. Takeaway by Uber can also be very disappointing and more so expensive. The staff come across as burnt out having to deal with long queues and also having to deal with demanding Uber delivery drivers lingering over the tills. And with one staff member at each station trying to keep up with demand quality is going to always slip. I can go into m and s next door on the Lisburn road and pick up quality tortillas for £1 but not in Boojum. I hope Boojum finds it moe joe again….

   Was nice but not as good as it used to be. Staff aren’t particularly friendly and was very expensive. Got 2 kids portions (charged per item), one bowl and 3 drinks £26! Nice vibe in the restaurant but difficult to be parked nearby.

   Used to be great but now the portions are so small/stingey and they've changed sour cream to a squeezy bottle - worst decision yet. Bad waiting times. Really overpriced for what it is

   The waiting times are utterly ridiculous for this place. You’ll wait up to 45 minutes to order a burrito… and the reason for this is clear: online orders take priority. Customers are standing watching employees make order after order for delivery or collection. Ridiculous. I’ll not be back.

   Service was very slow and music was too loud so ordering was difficult. Took 45 mins to get served. When I did, the burrito was warm at best due to the snails pace of the staff

   The food is fantastic, the dine in setup is ridiculous however, the queue time from the door to the counter is about 45 minutes due to the counter staff having to do online orders inbetween serving the customers in the store, they should do this separately. Even when ordering online the order is never correct which puts me off doing this also, still giving it 5* regardless due to how great the food is, I really hope they sort these issues out and bring back the good days. If I see a queue at the door the next time I go near the place, im just going to go somewhere else

   the food was really fresh and tasty. Despite the queue, we were served quickly, the crew worked efficiently and quickly, and at the same time the employees were very polite and helpful. We heard a lot of good things about boojun, I recommend it sincerely because the food is really tasty.
